if you are looking for a non irritating litter for your cat with respiratory issues, a large litter quantity @ an affordable price, a low tracking and easy to clean litter, and odor control without that heavily perfumed ‘cat litter’ scent then this is the litter for you!! So many negative reviews that seem to stem from 2 main issues- number 1 IF YOU WANT CLUMPING LITTER DO NOT BUY THIS IT IS NON CLUMPING (know what youre signing up for) 2 this is not a heavily perfumed litter so if you cannot maintain your boxes on a regular basis this wont do much for scent control unless you are scooping your poo and stirring regularly. This was a godsend for our asthmatic cat as every litter we tried was irritating and it is impossible to find affordable low scented litter. We use this litter for 2 cats with 2 boxes we have minimal to no tracking issues, easy box clean up without that gross clay residue that gets left from clumping litters, good odor control with regular box maintenance, NO RESPIRATORY ISSUES, and it has given us the most bang for our buck. the biggest downfall of this litter is that you MUST regularly maintain it or you will notice the smell but thats a small price to pay for a cheap litter that saves me an asthma attack.
