What is the difference between the Tidy Cat 17 lb. lightweight red and black lid litters? I see that the other two use Glade and those are not the ones that interest me.

Please view the Tidy Cats Lightweight Instant Action Clumping Cat Litter as this is their unscented lightweight formula.
Is the smell of this lightweight formula any different from the heavy one? I’m seeing complaints about the smell. I’ve used the heavy 4-in-1 Tidy Cats for years and I like it and would like to try this one.

This litter features Tidy Lock ammonia blockers which is guaranteed to prevent ammonia odor for two weeks while the Tidy Cats 4-in-1 Strength Clumping Cat Litter does not. For an unscented lightweight litter you may want to look at Tidy Cats Lightweight Instant Action Clumping Cat Litter.

The longevity of this product varies based on use such as the number of cats, how often it's scooped, how often your pet uses the restroom, etc.

Purrfect!

I’m elderly and arthritic so many types of litter are extremely difficult for me to handle or even lift. This comes in a cardboard box with a plastic bag inside to open and drape over the box to use. Innovative and easy to dispose of the packaging rather than a large hard plastic bucket to add to landfill. AND I can easily lift it! Highly recommend!!!

I ordered dog food instead of cat food for my cats. I noticed my mistake and the associate that assisted me returned the order and reordered cat food for me I was told to donate the dog food I got. It was awesome! Thank you!

Tracks everywhere and doesn't eliminate odor

Chewy was out of Fresh Pet so I tried this. Gross. It literally tracks everywhere and I have to vacuum near-daily. It also doesn't cover up the odor AT ALL. Please re-stock Fresh Step!!!

Excellent products

Excellent products and service. Only ONE complaint is how heavy it is with the litter; which often leaves the package busted up and the contents damaged. The 2-pack of cat litter needs to be shipped separately.

Keeps the smell to near zero!

We love this litter. Over the last 10 years, we have tried a few brands and always come back to Tidy Cats. When they added a Light Weight version, we never looked at another litter. Thanks Tidy Cats for such a great product and thanks Chewy for carrying it.

Perf for litter robot

My litter robot was having constant torque faults. It turns out the litter i was using was too heavy. This is prefect. No more faults and it clumps just as well.
