If your cat is new to Tidy Cats Pure Nature, change litters slowly by gradually mixing this in with your previous litter. Clumping in Every Tidy Piece
At the heart of Tidy's patented, one-of-a-kind litter is their exclusive bi-component system. Each and every 2-part granule is specifically made to absorb odor and liquids PLUS clump tight. Unlike litters that rely on some pieces to fight odors and others to clump, every single piece of Tidy litter does both. That's basically a 2 for 1, in every single granule.

Absorbs odor and liquids
Creates tight clumping
Formula-specific odor-fighting agents
Masterful Odor Control
Even better? Each powerful piece has also been given a little extra custom odor-fighting power, depending on your favorite Tidy formula. These odor-fighting agents neutralize odors from solid and liquid waste, delivering the instant, long-lasting or multi-faceted freshness you need. Sounds pretty super.
Exclusive Bi-Component System
The Down Low on Low Dust
Tidy Cats works hard to bring you low-dust litters. Their litters have an anti-dust coating that forms a microscopic web-like structure that helps prevent tiny dust particles from escaping.
Dust & Tracking Control

Switching Litter
When switching to a new cat litter, be sure to do so gradually to help avoid any litter box issues. Start by cleaning the litter box completely, then fill it 2/3 with your old litter and 1/3 with the new. Slowly increase the amount of new litter over time. This allows your feline friend the time she needs to adjust to the new litter. Meow isn't that smart?

Love this litter!
By naturalpetparent on Feb 16, 2021
I love this litter because it is so absorbent but also flushable, clumpable and natural. It's really transformed our home. No litter box odor, just a fresh scent. It's clumpable without turning into a brick that can stick on your pet and harm them if they lick it. It's light and fluffy and our cat seems to enjoy it. The scent is not gross fake perfume, but a woodsy aroma. It flushes down the toilet without clogging it, making it easy to keep the box clean. It really absorbs urine very well. It is more expensive than other litters, but the fact that it is environmentally sound makes it the only litter we will ever buy now, added to all the other reasons mentioned, of course! Great Smelling
By Bashfull55 on Jan 20, 2021
I love this stuff, every time my cat uses the litter you can smell the cedar when she buries her stuff. The pine helps clump up and the cedar absorbs the smell. It is all natural with no chemicals to harm your animal which is good for sensitive skin animals. I was so happy when chewy had it on sale that I bought a couple of bags. This has to be my favorite cat litter.

I love this cat litter
By 123Brooklyn on Dec 23, 2020
The cat litter smells like your walking in the woods. I don’t see how people find it over powering. You can’t smell it really at all. Right when I first pour it, it’s dusty and it can smell it, but that literally takes a minute. So giving a bad review for a minute of your time is almost hysterical! I have one cat and I clean her box out daily. The 12 pound bag, lasts me a month. I think cleaning daily is probably the key to this litter, so if you are lazy, it won’t be for you. I don’t want my house to ever smell like a cat lives here. So far, so good!!!

a good, lightweight litter
By creamsiclecat on Jan 19, 2021
I am pretty pleased with this litter. It clumps nicely, doesn't track all over the house, and is light weight. I do not love the smell. It is not very "piney", there is something artificial about it that I can't quite place. The smell does not stick to my kitty though, so not a huge deal.

Nice and natural
By BirdieH on Dec 13, 2020
I blend this with another litter (Smartcat Grass) to make the PERFECT LITTER. This one is sawdust and great for odor protection for a long time. The other one clumps well. I find I can't use one without the other, so I buy them both and mix them 1:1. They both have dust and track across the room, but at least they are not clay and I can flush it.

Best cat litter ever made!
By Michelle on Feb 11, 2021
This is great cat litter! I've tried others and I couldn't wait to get back to it. It takes a bit of practice figuring out to work it but well worth it. Seven inside cats and nobody knows it!

Worth the purchase
By Chancey8691 on Jan 17, 2021
I love the way this litter smells it is much better than clay! Based litters. I mean who doesn't love the smell of fresh Cedar and pine! It masks my cats odor and lasts longer than clay based litters I highly recommend you give this a try

Great idea, but...
By TrisKit on Dec 11, 2020
I tried this litter when I had only 1 cat in the house. Even though I cleaned my cat's box once a day, I found this litter did not control urine odors very well at all, which surprised me. I really wanted to like this litter! But it disappointed me. There are definitely better cat litters out there, such as "World's Best." Still, I give Tidy Cats Pure Nature 3 stars simply for not being clay-based litter.

Too strong a scent
By Jude on Jan 3, 2021
I have 3 cats and none of them would use their litter box with this wood cat litter. I ordered two bags and threw them both away. Very messy and sticks to their feet..I tried mixing it with the litter they have always used and it leaves tracks when they step out of their box.

Good clumping wood litter
By angelfahren on Jan 7, 2021
The smell of this litter at first is very strong, but it covers the smell of the feces and urine pretty well. Also it actually clumps litter together and won’t break apart as easily like other brands. Kitty approves and likes that it’s soft on her paws too!
