Always fast...accurate..reasonably priced..convenient..just an overall great business to deal with. Sure wish other companies played nice in the sandbox like Chewy does!! Hey...where's choice 11...I don't see it!!

Have used this for yrs. Lately seems to be more dusty? & WHY remove the much needed handles on the heavy boxes? They were hard enough to handle with handles? Please put them back!? Thank you!

I've used Tidy Cat for years. NEVER had I had a product like this that tracks 20 feet across the room and down the hall. Pawprints are as clear and perfectly shaped as if done by an artist. Skip this and move on.

Not a clumping litter!!

The quality of this product is not the same as the other Tidy Cats litters. I usually buy Tidy Cats clumping litter for my cat and this time I decided to go for a 40 lb which also has a carton packaging (better than plastic for environmental purposes). The problem is the urine would spread through the litter, it is hard to pick it up by a scoope and it causes smell (not too bad but it shouldn't at all) it defeats the purpose of using a clumping litter!

I love tidy cats clumping litter and especially in this larger cardboard box. I typically get a 35 pound box but we’re left with all those plastic containers. This way I get more and the cardboard carton is easily disposed of.

Shipping issues once again

I love this product. It is by far my favorite litter, but I can’t even order it because every time it arrives it’s busted open and spills all over my house. It’s easier to buy litter at a store where you know it’s safe on the way home. So annoying that chewy doesn’t take pride in their shipping.

Getting way too much packing materials. Cat litter is not fragile. Do not need 4 cardboard blocks and all of the paper.

Didn't clump as much and wasn't as easy to scoop

Always hearing good things about Purina, I tried this litter. It wasn't as absorbent and didn't quite clump as well as my previous brand, so some crumbles of dirty litter fell through the scooper and back into the box. It's not a bad litter. My cats didn't dislike it, but for cleaning purposes, I'll be going back to my first choice.
