Do yourself a big favor and make a template of this great house before you put it together! If you have cardboard around, this is a great idea so you can make another one later.
My cat loves this house for play, sleep, and just sticking his paw in and out of the windows! We duct taped the tabs down so the house is very sturdy. The hanging bird was gone the 1st day, but anything could be tied there. Fun to decorate too!
Excellent for rabbits as well as cats

It was easy to set up and it holds together spectacularly. I put it in my rabbit’s space and he loves it! I find him flopped out inside all the time.
I also love that the box the house came in is also a cat toy! I set it up for my cats and they are having a blast playing with it. My cats are both 9 years old and I haven’t seen them play this much in ages.
Not what I thought I was ordering.

I thought the entire item would be of cat scratch material rather than just the bottom of it. It does seem to be well constructed and somewhat easy to put together. However my cats have no interest in it.. They still prefer the furniture.Any suggestions would be appreciated that might encourage my kitties to use a cat scratcher.
great playhouse with slight modification

MorD loves this scratch house. I did have to cut an exit in the back side. I wish it had been constructed that way. My 12 lb. cat feels more secure with more than one exit. But he loves this scratch/play house. It's sturdy and the cost is right.
LOVE LOVE LOVE

At first I was like $20 something for a cardboard box? It turned out to be the best $20 I’ve spent in a while. Our cat absolutely loves this thing!! As soon as we put it together she was in there playing and biting and scratching the floor!! And that’s before we even put the cat nip in!! The box also turns into its own toy with fluffy little balls, which she also loves!! Best Christmas present for our cat ever!

I have 3 cats that absolutely love this box! They love the scratch pad and so does my furniture! It's so fun watching my cats jump out at each other! There's not a day go by that they don't play king of the house. Lol
Worth every penny!

Both of our cats love this! We've had to reinforce it with tape because they get so excited in there! The hanging bird is a bit his as well. The windows are so fun and really excite cats.
My cats love it

My cats take turns laying and playing in it. And my girls use it for a Barbie house. I’m definitely going to get another one.
not worth the money

This is basically 4 pieces of cardboard and is very small. Honestly I don’t think that this is being advertised properly. My cat is 10lbs and can barely fit in it. Waste of money
Shoddy & comes apart too easily

This is...meh. For $23, I expected something a bit sturdier, not something that falls apart the moment our cats use it. Catwise, our oldest boy (Faramir) squeezed right in the moment he saw it, but cats do that with any box -- he's a normal size cat, about 12lbs, and this thing couldn't even handle first contact, with a cat simply doing what the thing is supposed to be designed to do! Seriously -- the Chewy shipping box was sturdier than this thing. You could buy a few of the regular cardboard scratcher boards & use them to line the bottom of the Chewy shipping box, and you'd have a cheaper & **sturdier** cat house than this thing.
In the pics, the (empty) piece is what happened after our littlest cat, Shell, used it. Faramir came in as I was taking the pic & squeezed in..and you see the result. About the only good thing I can say about this product is that its box converts to a puzzle box with a couple fuzzy toys inside, which our kitties have enjoyed, but that's just an unadvertised extra, not what we'd paid for. "Tiger Tough" is no such thing.… more
