Very easy to put together. Zumba loves it. Probably only good for small cats and kittens

At first, I got one with a defective screw, so it was unstable and constantly leaning to the side. I emailed Chewy and they had a replacement out to me within a week and said if the old one was salvageable to donate it. Unfortunately, it was not, but I was really impressed with their quick response and turn around time! The second one that came is perfect. It is strong and holds both of my cat's weight, although I will say they have not tried sitting on the top part or anything, just attacking/jumping on the scratching post part. I have a larger cat (18 lbs) and it's not as sturdy as I 'd like it to be. Very wobbly. He''s afraid to get on it. If I put him on it, he comes right down.The top platform is not large enough. I think if you have a smaller kitty it would be fine. Found it easy to assembly (had all the pieces).

This tree looks and feels good and is easy to assemble, but the design makes it impossible to make the tree sturdy enough that it won't shake under the weight of my 10 pound cat, which is a fairly normal sized cat. The tree almost tipped over the first time my cat jumped to the top of it due to the size of the base (a little too small). After one time on the tree, my cat hasn't gone near it in a week. The top is also a little small (again, my cat is not that big). This tree would probably be fine for a kitten, but I'll be taking it apart and using the pieces in a better design that I make myself.

When we opened it my kitty started playing with the balls and had a lot of fun. The only reason Im not giving it 5 stars is because she hasn’t used the scratcher yet but we only had it for 2 days, she probably hasn’t noticed it’s a scratcher but she loved the balls! I would recommend it!

I couldn't even put this together. The screw on the actual scratching post would not go into the ball pit thing, it just kept turning and turning and never tightening. I reached out to the company's service email for help, so I am hopeful they can provide new parts.

My kittens like it but one ball was broken when I received it.
