My two Ragdoll cats love this brand and this flavor. I’m sure it’s their favorite of the wet food variety that they get. It is a bit pricey but after long researching before I got my second Ragdoll I decided they would only be fed wet food. And they certainly would only be fed high quality wet food. Dry food is bad for cats kidney function, weight and poor wet food will rot your kitties teeth and cause many other problems. People ask me a lot if my cats are hungry all the time since I don’t have dry food out and no because TIKI cat is high protein and it keeps them hydrated. I know their bodies are being well nourished because they don’t poop that much in the box, only pee. I would certainly recommend this brand especially if you have stubborn eater like my Zeke Zeppelin boy. Dry food is high carb sugar crack cats get addicted to and become severely dehydrated on. … more

I was very excited for my cats to try this — where else can they get quail eggs? I thought they’d be all over it! But no, it’s just disappointing shreds in broth with 1/2 of a tiny egg on top. Tika is food insecure so she ate some of the shreds, leaving the egg that I’d cut into smaller pieces. Meanwhile I was very excited for my cats to try this — where else can they get quail eggs? That quail egg I was so excited about was not the hit I’d hoped it would be. Afterwards he stared accusingly at me as if to wonder why I would offend him by giving him such grossness. Nobody will eat it. Probably will give it away. … more

My junkyard cat won't eat this
By Jessy on Feb 22, 2022
My cat is fat and will eat anything, or so I thought. She will not touch this food. The little egg is cute but it's a no from my cat.

Cat with IBS
By Cls7194 on Feb 21, 2022
I have been struggling to find a food for my elderly cat with irritable bowel syndrome. Every food I tried kept her volleying between diarrhea and vomiting. Since restricting her to this food the ibs is finally under control.

happy kitty
By soulie on Jan 30, 2022
i just adopted my first cat from the local animal shelter and wanted to make sure she had everything she needed to succeed in the hard life of a house cat. i did a whole bunch of research and came to the conclusion that tiki cat was the wet food i wanted to start with her. the ingredients (shredded chicken and tiny boiled quail egg) make me feel good about the care i’m providing to my feline friend. i give her a can every day or every other day. she LOVES it. she even got to the point where she fusses when i don’t add it to her dry food. super happy with the quality of this food and the thought that tikicat puts into their products.

yes its good

I started using this for my boys as a more affordable option. I keep seeing reviews that their cats won’t touch it but I’m wondering if they didn’t properly do a gradual transition from the different cat foods. It should take about a month to do this so it’s not a huge shock for them. I did this with my kitties and at first they weren’t crazy about it. Through the transition, they eventually started liking it and now they eat it all up :)

Great nutrition!
By Destiny on Jan 6, 2022
After a ton of research and having gone through the years of making my cat's food, I have come across this gem. It's a little pricey, but if we're talking great nutrition/time it costs to make homemade food, a few extra dollars is alright in my book. My little guy was diagnosed with crystals at a young age and was on Royal Canin SO for a few years, because I was under the impression it was a necessity for him to eat this food. (So I'm also used to paying $$ for his food) After doing research and finding out that them being on this diet for a prolonged time can be detrimental to their kidneys and health... I have been monitoring him and having urinalysis and blood work done routinely. Thank you to Tiki Cat and Chewy for offering this great food. … more

Delicious Kitty Kat Food
By Kitty on Oct 26, 2021
Dude... I convinced my kid to eat the stuff. No I didn't let him eat it I was laughing so much it became obvious I was up to no good, ha! The point is - it was so tasty looking. Legit has a boiled squall egg in every can. Chicken shredded and a chicken broth looking stuff. The cats woofed it down. Bah-dum-tss.. Woofed it down. It's pricey though sooooooooo
