Tiki Cat Born Carnivore Chicken Luau

    By on

My cats ran out of dry food completely and I was not able to purchase any at the store due to the stores being destroyed by rioters. Thank God, they had cans of wet food in the pantry. My older cat must have both wet and dry food, and my younger cat eats just about anything. I may stop going to the pet store all together because Chewy seems to be more convenient so far. This is my first order with them. I ordered yesterday and got my shipment in less than 24 hours. That’s pretty quick! My only complaint is that it looks like no effort went into packing. Checked the expiration dates and all good. Fed my cats some dry food as soon as it arrived and both cats love Tiki Cat. I think I may have found them their new favorite food! They both ate it up immediately. My older cat is very finicky about food, so for him to take a liking to the new food instantly says a lot! I was surprised to learn that the brand is from Thailand and not the USA. I also looked up recalls and there has never been a recall for this brand. It’s a little more in price, but I like for my cats to be happy and have the best! Will definitely shop again. … more

    Great low-carb food

    By on

Most dry cat food is way too high in carbohydrates, and, like people, cats get addicted to the carbs. Vet said cats need low carb high protein in dry food. Doing research I came across this. As with most cats food can be a crap shoot in that they may eat it once and then not again. Slowly introduced this food in with their current dry. Over a week kept adding a wee bit more of the Tiki low carb and voila eating with no mixing. I think my cats are as happy as I am!

Both my cats LOVE their new food!

I have two adult male black cats (12lbs & 14lbs). They cannot get enough of this stuff. I have bought some pretty expensive grain-free products in the past to help with their sensitive stomachs, and while they liked the other food just fine, they seem to literally crave this. As soon as I let them have a taste and put the bag down, they gobbled it up and then tried to tear the bag open for more (disclaimer: as indoor cats, I feed them the recommended 250 kcal/day and so they always act like they're starving, but this seemed like they just liked the taste A LOT!) All this to say, I have spent HOURS researching healthy, grain-free, and reasonably priced cat food, and I think my search is finally I have two adult male black cats (12lbs & 14lbs). My Cats Loved It!

    By on

A bit on the expensive side for such a small bag, but my cats really enjoyed their food and it lasted roughly a month when combined with their wet food. I love that the ingredients are healthy for my cats and grain free. If it had a price reduction, I’d buy tons of this all the time.

    My cat loves it!

My cat loves Tiki Cat wet food so we thought we'd give the dry food a try because it also has good ingredients for a dry food. He loves it! He much prefers this over his previous dry food. The pieces seem a lot softer than his previous food too.

Sorry Tiki Cat thus far my four kitties are not very fond of your food. I tried the dry and canned. Just not a big hit. However I do know cats are persnickety

    Great dry food for cats!

    By on

After years of using another high quality grain-free brand, our cat seemed bored of it, and we went with this excellent recommendation of a Chewy worker who uses it for her cat. Now, our cat is really excited for his lunch meal of dry food (we use Earthborn wet food for the other two meals). His coat is also notably shinier, with less dandruff. There is no negative odor to the food either. Thanks Chewy!

Healthy and my cats love it

    By on

They only picked at their food the first day, but by the second day they were hungry enough to wolf it down. Ever since then there's been no problem. Healthier foods aren't as appetizing to cats used to junk food, but once they get used to it its the same.

    my cats love it

So I tried to do the recommended introduction of new foods and feed a little of this (the new one) with their old food. I have never seen my cats go so nuts when I have opened a bag of food, even the picky one was super anxious for me to put in in the food dish. They ended up only eating this and leaving their old food (which is also a good quality brand, and they have always really liked). I'm glad I didn't have lots of the old stuff left. I guess introduction of new food was a success
