    Tiki Cat dry food

    By on

My Bela has irritable bowel disease. It seems like I am constantly seeking out new foods and their ingredients for just the right fix. It seems like Tiki Cat is working wonderfully for her. I have been using the wet food successfully for some time now, and since Chewy started carrying a dry food by Tiki Cat the same time she was having a flair up, I thought it the perfect time to try, and I’m really glad I did. She loves the flavor and she hasn’t had any problems with it either. It’s a win-win!

The Fur Kids Seem to Like This One

    By on

I've been searching for a high quality dry food that my cats actually like, but doesn't give them an upset stomach, and so far Chicken Luau has done the trick. Out of this and Blue Buffalo Sensitive Stomach, Tiki Cat is always gone first. It surprised me because 4/4 of my cats didn't like the Tiki Cat wet food. I'm glad I found something that agrees with their stomachs and taste buds.

    Excellent Quality Food

    By on

I bought this on recommendation of website rating cat foods (wet/dry). As I expected my three Himmies did not dive into it so I mix it with their favorite Royal Canin Persian, Longhair-Indoor and Selective dry foods, which they love. So, I'm trying to introduce it this way and so far working and they are not walking away. I liked the ingredients of this food but I will also buy the Royal Canin.

    Cat-Approved

    By on

I switched my two cats to Tiki Food about 6 months ago. One will BEG for this, the dry food, the other will beg for the canned food. I feed them a mixture of both, and sleep well knowing they are getting great quality food either way.

    Diabetic cat mom

Diabetic cats need a grain-free diet, but I wanted one with good quality ingredients as well. Tiki not only surpasses my food requirements, all my cats like it. And you cannot beat Chewy's service.

    My Cats Go Nuts!

    By on

After transitioning them to tiki (what a lot of the other reviewers seem to have missed...) they've done wonderful! Of course one being a shelter cat, he was eating cheap corn based food, so it took him a little longer to transition. But now all 3 are on the same food and loving it! Their coats are shinier, they seem to have more energy and the shelter kitty has even lost some weight being on a high quality food!

Ingredients seem great - my cat wouldn't eat it at all

    By on

I thought the ingredients looked great especially as it has no awful "MENADIONE" (synthetic vitamin K that is banned in Europe). PLUS, the ingredients list Pumpkin - which is awesome. But, my 15 year-old little girl cat wouldn't eat even a kibble of it. I put 10 kibbles on her clean plate and she smelled all 10, picked up one with her tongue, she put it almost in he rmouth then flicked it out across the plate. Ugh. So I put the full bag sideways on the floor with the bag open, so she could get the full smell of what appeared to be yummy food (that smelled good to me), and she sniffed the bag excitedly and even tried to scrunch her face into the bag to eat the kibble which she could have, but I thought the ingredients looked great especially as it has no awful "MENADIONE" (synthetic vitamin K that is banned in Europe). I walked the plate of 10 little kibbles over to her again and she turned her face and walked away. I am soooo disappointed. I thought after trying literally with about 18 other dry food brands and flavors, this could be the chosen dry food (so she could always have dry food to munch on when I'm at work or through the night) when she likes to eat every few hours. But, back to the drawing board for new ideas that are safe for her to eat and that she will eat. I hope other people's cats like it as it looks okay to me. … more

    My cats won't eat this!

    By on

I have been feeding my cats primarily Orijens dry food and Tiki Cat wet food for years. Once in while I will use Fussy cat wet and dry depending on what I have available locally. With the quality of Tiki Cat wet food, I thought I would give it a go with their dry food as the ingredients seem very high quality as well. They won't touch this stuff. I have tried everything.

One of very few dry foods I can feed my cat

    By on

This company's foods are all amazing. They really do have a cat's true dietary needs in mind when they make their formulas. Moving on to my own particular situation! I have a cat with severe struvite issues (among other things). He had to be on prescription food for YEARS of his life (food that could shorten his life expectancy, but was literally the only food that did not give him life-threatening struvite attacks), because there was literally no dry or wet food combination i could give him without him having problems. And then came Tiki Cat. This is the only food combination that was able to get him off that awful (but life saving) prescription food. He currently gets 1/4 cup of this dry food per day, along with 6 ounces of mixed wet foods (to meet his very specific food parameters that MUST be met). And the cherry on top...this food also meets the needs of his sister, who has a wide range of mostly fish and duck related allergies :) Best. Cat foods. Ever. You saved my cat's life, Tiki Cat. And I will never stop thanking you. And thank you Chewy for finally picking this up! I've been waiting to finally be able to order this through you! All of my pets needs are now officially met by Chewy. You're the best, Chewy :) Thank you for listening to our request to pick up this dry food! … more
