  • My cat loves this

First, I must comment on the incredible quality of this food. As others have mentioned, I would eat it myself. Nothing but nice chunks of salmon (and whatever vitamins/minerals cats need). Secondly, my holistic vet recommended I try this. My cat has weird health issues and allergies, and this doesn't contain any gums. Happily, my cat loves this, and she can be a picky eater. Occasionally she'll eat a can or two of a new food and then suddenly turn up her nose, but she's been through several cases of this now with enthusiasm. My cat refuses to drink water from a bowl, so it's important that I supplement her liquid intake by adding water to her food. That technique works super well with this salmon flavor. … more

  • Our cats don't like it

    By on

Cats are funny creatures; they go off foods and on foods seemingly at random. What I have found is that if we cook salmon and put some of it down for them, they eat it. But this salmon out of the can? They won't touch it. period. Your cat may be different.

  • My Kitten Loves This Flavor!

    By on

My Maine Coon kitten is 10 weeks old and was raised on this flavor and brand, he gobbles it right up! I've tried a chicken flavor which he slurped the juice out of and left the meat, but the salmon is completely gone within 5 minutes.

  • Great product

Sammy is diabetic and I've have been trying to find a food he likes. The Wild Salmon, Succulent Chicken and Chicken and Wild Salmon, he devours. 0 carbs and one of the few he doesn't get sick on. I wish it were less expensive, but I love my kitty and if he's happy, I'm happy.

I have two Bengals, a rescued tabby, and an outdoor feral cat. They all gobble the high-protein contents of the Titki Cat can.

  • My Cats LOVE Tiki

    By on

I bought my 3 2 year old cats this for the first time last week, and they love every flavor. My 2 boys eat anything, but my girl is picky, and she loves it too. It's like real food in a can, can't beat that!

  • Picky cats

    By on

I don't understand my cats! This food smelled exactly as canned salmon should. It was visually appealing, although I don't suppose they cared about that. However, for some reason they absolutely rejected it, refused to even taste it. I recommend it because I think it's worth a try; if your cat likes it, it would be a very good addition to his/her diet.

  • New kitten hates canned food

    By on

Unfortunately, my new 7 mo. old kitty will not eat canned food. She was found abandoned on the street and it looks like all she ever ate was dry kibble. It takes patience to convert a cat from dry to wet food. I am concerned about her long term health, however, and will keep trying with soft food each day. Am hoping one day she'll give it a try. Now using Gerber chicken and turkey baby food, so not as much wasted canned food.

  • Salmon a hit

    By on

Cats liked this just fine. I'll give it as a treat. The chunks are soft enough for cats to chew them easily, unlike some other canned textures, where they only lick the gravy.

  • I'd Eat It (almost)

I recently adopted a 5 year old Siamese cat who loves to eat. He came from his foster home with a case of grocery store food that was not nutritionally sound and nearly made me gag when I opened the can. I couldn't wait to find a more suitable diet for him. He really likes the foods that are made with fish, but most of the ones I tried really STINK like fish and in some of them I found bones and scales and other unappetizing things. I tried some other flavors like beef and turkey, but this cat that who would seemingly eat anything turned his nose up. I knew I had to keep looking. I also like that the Tiki cat flavors are all formulated so that you can change things up without upsetting kitty's digestive system. Best part of all, of course, is that my cat LOVES them. I've tried 3 flavors so far and for each of them, he'll practically knock me over racing to his placemat to eat. And the icing on the cake is the ability to put it on autoship here at Chewy. It doesn't get much better than this. … more
