I bought these treats for my 20 year old cat since her teeth aren’t the best anymore and, I thought they might be easier to eat. I’ve tried to give them to her on a couple of occasions. She seems to like the smell of them, but after struggling with them for a while, she ends up, giving up and not eating them at all. Oddly, she will eat the hard treats I can give her. they might be yummy, but the goal of a soft treat is that a cat with difficulty eating hard things can eat them. My experience says these aren’t easy to consume.
I recently discovered Tiki Cat treats and I them sprinkled on top of my special urinary diet food. The crunchy treats are very tasty too. My staff was kind enough to let me write this review to encourage all cats (and their staff) to switch to Tiki Cat!
I gave it 2 stars because doesn't mean it's a bad treat but my cat wanted nothing to do with it. But she does love the wet food and the hard food!
my cats went absolutely feral over these treats, they wouldn’t stop begging for more! i will be buying again.
Our sweet girl Keke had dental work done and have been looking for soft treats for her mouth. She goes bonkers happy for them!! Her brother kitty Zaki tries to sneak a nibble too..lol!!
I was looking for a trade that wasn’t hard because male kitty inhales food that he loves. Which causes him to throw it up so I having a soft food keeps it from lodging in his nostrils like has happened in the past it was a disaster. I even cut it in half with kitchen scissors.
As a child, there was a cat food I used to feed my cats. It came in packets, I don't remember the name of it. I thought this would resemble it. My cats didn't care for this one but I am sure yours will. This would be great for kittens or seniors or any age. It is not strong smelling. Just because my indoor cat didn't like it does not mean yours won't. The outdoor cat I am attending to ate this like it was cat viar. I hope this helps.
These are Jack's favorite treats! He loves them so much he ripped the bag open in the middle of the night and devoured them. I think your kitty will love them as much as Jack does.
My old cat Rags has few teeth left but he really likes these soft chewy treats.
My cat's treats were no longer being made, so I had to find something he would like as much. Short story . . . He LOVES the Tiki Cat treats.
