Only writing this comment because I see so many people saying how their cats hate it, and how their male neutered cats are getting stones and crystals. Yes, they are getting stones because you are feeding them DRY FOOD. Changing the type of dry food isn’t going to help your cat. Switch to a wet diet, I’d recommend Tiny Tiger Pate. Not much of a price difference from this bag either. It’s wet, and is much better for your cat’s health. My kitten is now seven months, has been neutered since 3 months and never has had dry food his whole life. A very very healthy kitten. Please work on improving your cat’s diets because dry food is not good for them. That’s why y’all are having these issues. Check out @missfeministkitty on TikTok. She provides much support, research and facts based on cat diets.
I changed over to this food hoping it would work. My cats don’t even look twice at the wet food and they are fiends for wet food. My cats have been puking up there food every time they eat the dry food. The reviews were good when I bought this… I do not recommend for kitties who have sensitivity to food.
I switched over to this and I just can't get my cats to eat it. I have to mix in canned food, and even then, they don't want to eat the dry food. I'm not sure what the problem is, it smells fine, it looks fine, but only 2 cats out of 6 eat it. These cats are not finicky and will eat pretty much anything, but not this. Not sure what I'm going to do with the other big bag of it, but I don't recommend the indoor formula.
I thought i would try it, but even mixing it in their regular dry, they are turning their nose up. We will see what the outside cats think. Not sure why, as it smells and looks fine. I started mixing small amount into the dry as you never want to just switch food.
So I fed this food along with the Hill's Science dry food. Once I started feeding him this one, a few weeks later he started vomiting the food. At first, I thought nothing of it but he kept doing it only with this food. I knew with this price, it was too good to expect it to be quality food. Now I have like 15 lbs to throw out.
My cats really like it. I also want to tell you how much I appreciated Haley in the pharmacy for her beautiful thoughtfulness in the loss of my beautiful batch Maggie. Your people are great.
This is very economical for multi-cat household. And a rescue certainly is multi-cat. Cats digest it much easier. It's small size is also good for cats with dental problems.
Trying to find another dry food that is healthy and nutritious for my spoiled fur family. What a chore, but all 4 who can have dry food other than vet prescribed food ate it, just that only one obviously truly loved it. The other 3, did not devour it like Josie, but I actually find that helpful in trying to help them lose some weight.
I switched over to this Chewy brand because I’ve been a customer for many years and I trust Chewy. However, my cats only tolerated this cat food for as long as they could, apparently. Over the course of the past 2 months, I’ve noticed a significant weight loss. Now, they absolutely hate it and refuse to eat it. I’m a sniffer. I smell absolutely everything and this cat food never had what I would consider to be an enticing scent. (To cats, not me!) It smells kinda like cardboard, in my opinion. I can’t, in good conscience, recommend this product. It could be hit or miss for your kitties. I just know that I won’t be buying it again.
my cats gave been on this food for years and theyre both healthy and always run to the feeder when it goes off. its nice and cheap and not bad for their health. will always repurchase in bulk
