Tomlyn Laxatone Hairball Remedy Tuna Flavor Gel Cat Supplement
Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again.
Tomlyn Laxatone Hairball Remedy Tuna Flavor Gel Cat Supplement is a smooth easy-to-use gel for the prevention and removal of hairballs in cats and kittens. Both long and short haired cats shed to some degree all year long. Bathing and brushing helps lower the amount of hair swallowed during self-grooming, but some hair gets into the stomach and it cannot be digested. It can block your cat's digestive system. Regular use of Laxatone coats the swallowed hair and allows it to easily pass through the intestinal tract. Laxatone is a safe, gentle, easy-to-use gel used worldwide for over 25 years. It has an irresistible taste... just place the recommended amount of gel on your finger or on the animal's paw. For best results, feed between meals and do not mix with food.
Key Benefits- Gentle but effective lubricant for the elimination and prevention of hairballs

Tomlyn Hairball Remedy
By Marilyn on Jan 20, 2021
My cat loves Laxatone, tuna flavored. This product is by the same company and supposedly has the same ingredients, but my cat doesn't like it, even avoids it. If I mix it into his food he will eventually eat it, but not in an interested way. I would not recommend this product.

Excellent product
By MeanMamaw on Dec 7, 2020
I purchased both tuna and maple flavor. Have only tried out the tuna flavor. Very fussy kitty, only wants cheese or butter if human food - never eats actual tuna, but takes this like it is her favorite treat ever and has completely stopped vomiting after just a few days on it. Continuing with about 1/8 teaspoon daily as she seems to want no more than that (began with 1/2 teaspoon daily for first 3 days)

Very Good Solution for Cats Who Struggle With Hairballs
By SecretSquirrel on Nov 24, 2020
Pro's: Natural product versus other petroleum-based products. Cats like the taste. Can be eaten off your finger or even mixed into wet food. Con's: This product doesn't stay semi-solid like the petroleum-based products do. So it can get to be a little bit thin and soupy unless you chill it. This works in my case because I mix it in my cat's food.

Love this!
By ScarlettsMom on Jan 5, 2021
My cat eagerly awaits this as her “treat” a few times a week. She is very long-haired and this really prevents the dreaded hair balls and serves as a treat without weight gain! Double whammy!!

My cat hated it.
By Lisa on Sep 30, 2020
My cat Secret is about 9 years old and throwing up hairballs. I put this gel on his paw as the tube suggested and he did lick it off the first time but did not seem to enjoy it. The next time he just shook his paw wildly until most the jell flew off. It is sticky and gooey. The next couple times the same thing. Tried to add it to his food but would not eat it. I do not want to torment him anymore so I need to find another product. This did not work for me

I have two Maine Coon cats. Their long hair is fodder for hair balls plus they hate being brushed. This product is amazing.
