    A bit of calm

    By RLS60 on Nov 8, 2017

These chews are quiet large for cats. We had to cut them into multiple pieces. The first night we introduced these they were a hit but the second time we tried he wouldn't eat the treat. The third and fourth tries were somewhat better but not as successful as keeping him calm. I can say that they These chews are quiet large for cats. We had to cut them into multiple pieces. This product does not appeal to every cat

By Willie on Jan 11, 2018

I bought these treats to feed to two of my adult male cats who frequently get in scuffles, to try to prevent this from happening when there is nobody at the house to separate htem. First of all, as others have mentioned, these treats are quite large, much too big for a cat to eat in one bight; something I bought these treats to feed to two of my adult male cats who frequently get in scuffles, to try to prevent this from happening when there is nobody at the house to separate htem. First of all, as others have mentioned, these treats are quite large, much too big for a cat to eat in one bight; something I see as a negative thing. Most importantly though, one of the cats in question (the aggressor), looked at the treat, licked it, and walked away from it. I've bought a variety of treats over the years for this cat, and this is the first time I've ever seen him walk away from one. This pretty much renders the product useless for the purpose that I bought it for. The only reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one is because the cat that did eat it appears to be relaxed, which means that I will be able to use it with him during stressful trips in the cat carrier to the vet. … more

  • Works for some, but not for us

I was excited to try these, but you need 1/10lb animal and my dogs are huge, and my cat just would not eat them. So it kind of was a bust for us. My roommate and I will try it with his dog, but if anything they'll just be treats for my huge ones who love snacks.

  • Not sure!

I got these for my Maine Coon who is stressed out bc of outdoor cats hanging around our property. He unfortunately won't touch them. They're kind of big for cats, I break each into 4 pieces to see if it's a size issue but none of my 3 cats will eat these treats. My Torti girl likes to eat, mostly everything but she won't eat these. So I'm giving the rest to my Pit who has anxiety issues. He weighs 75lbs so I don't think the 5 at time I give him even makes a difference, also he is 14 & eats anything! I will not buy these again bc my cat won't eat them.

  • This product is too hard

    By on

My cats need a tryptophan supplement, so I thought I would try these treats. They are hard as a rock; I have to physically break them into about 10 pieces in order for my cats to be able to eat them. I am going to pursue another brand of tryptophan treats.

  • Not Calming

    By on

Cats love it, but it has NO calming effect. I thought this might help my most hyper-kitty to be more relaxed going to the vet. He naps after eating it, but freaks out when he sees the carrier. I'm trying to get the timing and number of treats better coordinated.
