what is the length of the thinning shears only?

The 4” designates the length of the overall length of the shear. This is the length of the shear from the tip to the furthest point on the finger ring, but not including the finger rest. This goes for all shears.

dont bother

thought these would be great for small details on the face but these arrived completely rusted and would bend the hairs rather than cut them. tried to get them sharpened and the sharpener said that they were on their last leg and cant really be fixed which was crazy considering ive never successfully used them.
