TOP's pellets are an important part of a complete diet. Feed approximately as much as your bird will consume in a day. Some days birds will eat more than others so the amount will fluctuate. Discard the remainder and feed fresh pellets each day. Consult your avian veterinarian if you have any specific diet related concerns. Although an excellent source of protein, vitamins and minerals, no pellet can provide 100 percent of a bird’s nutritional needs. Please be sure to offer vegetables, fruits, nuts, and some seeds each day for a varied diet.

What is the life span once opened

Once opened, these pellets should be resealed in the original bag or similar container and used within two months. Store in a cool, dry place, free from insect infestation. These pellets should not be refrigerated, however, they can be frozen to extend shelf life.

Good but Disappointing

My birds love this stuff! Unfortunately I just had to throw most of it out as it was full of these little tiny bugs. All that $ in the trash.

I LOVE IT !!!! MY PARROT LOVES IT !!!

I love TOPS! I love what they are doing I feel like I am feeding my bird the best food out there. The fact that it’s organic makes it even better. No more junk food for my parrot. I wish they produce a product that is a little bit more sturdy as the pellets break down into powder so easily I use the powder to mix it in the fruits and vegetables.
