Touchdog Lightening 2-in-1 Convertible Dog Jacket

I bought an XL for my 80lb pitbull. I have a hard time finding him clothing, because his proportions measure for very large dogs, but he is not as tall as one. This jacket fit pretty well. It was warm and good for the snowy weather a couple of weeks ago. With that being said, the velcro underneath came undone a decent amount of time (which has been mentioned in other reviews) I do like that the fleece can be taken off as well. Attached are screenshots from a video from the snow day and where the Velcro came unattached.

Love this coat! The inner fleece shell can be worn separately as a warm fleece coat. The outer layer can also be worn separately and gives protection from the wind and rain. The two together provide warmth and protection. Best yet, my dog likes it!!! It is perfect for our climate where the AVERAGE daily winter temps range in the 50s and the night temps range in the 30s-40s. Of course, our area fluctuates above and below the averages. My little fellow is in the terrier family. He wears a small size and weighs 14 lbs. The garment is loose on him which enables me to add a sweater underneath for really cold days. Product is well made and I like the convertible feature of a removable liner to be used in less extreme conditions. The only problem is it barely fits my dog. I got the medium size (only small, medium and large) and I have what I would consider a definite medium sized dog. I still like the product.

My 15 pound rat terrier had only ever worn one coat. Every other he hated. His old coat was falling apart. Thankfully, he really likes this one. It's water resistant, covers his entire back, it's not too wide underneath his body and he never objects when it's put on. Can't say fairer than that.

It runs a little small when the fleece is on with the outer jacket. When Daisy rolls around in the snow it comes apart so had to put a couple small hooks on the outer jacket. I got her medium per her measurements and large would have been way too big. Daisy loves it and looks cute on her and better with hooks or snaps vs Velcro.

If your looking for a proper all weather coat with a removable fleece liner designed for medium and large dogs, this is a fantastic choice. Designed with real thought and function. My dog loves it and he is extremely active.

Purchased on sale and was very pleased with the quality. We’re still getting our 3.5 month old mini aussie used to the jacket (hence the pouting in the photos lol) but it fits really well. we look forward to snow days in it!

I am a sewer so am able to adjust the inner coat to fit. Inner and outer are too large, but the inner is especially large. Otherwise, my dog and I like it.

Prolly I ll sew some buttons on (returning it’s difficult and stressing in the actual pandemic setup). It s so large I ll prolly use it on my medium to large dog (I ordered size small)! Dissapointed! For the future I ll stick with Frisco jackets where quality is top notch and sizing is always on point.

This is going to an animal shelter, so I haven't seen it on, but it is super well made and the bright yellow looks great.
