Our elderly pitty Daisy needs low fat treats because of reoccurring pancreatitis. These treats are low fat and she absolutely loves them!
My dogs new favorite treat! They are usually very picky about their treats, but love Trick or Snack.
Our kids love them
My dog is incredibly picky and finicky (boxer) about what he eats, and he drools over these things! Because they're actually meat! My dog won't eat any type of dog biscuit and even quit liking the soft milk bone treats and I was at a loss about what to use for training treats. I just break them into small pieces for training and I use them whole sticking out the end of kongs. I love that there's no corn, wheat, or soy and the ingredients are actual meat, which is what my dog should be eating. He gets excited every time I open the bag. It's nice knowing that I finally have a reliable dog treat that he will actually eat. Will be repurchasing again and again as long as my dog still likes them.
I couldn't get my recently adopted dog to eat unless I mixed something in his food. Even when I would put boiled chicken and rice in his food, he would eat the human food and spit out the kibble. This treat has become a staple in my house. It's like a jerky stick, but you can easily break it up and use it for training, to mix in with food, etc. It has maybe 10 or so segments that are easy to tear rather than giving your dog the entire stick (which you can still do as well). This is my dog's favorite and he will actually eat his kibble when I tear a treat up into tiny pieces and mix it in. I will be buying these again. I don't know how he could live without them!
We ordered the Beef flavor and both our Weim and Lab go on high alert when we bring out the "Trick or Snack" as a treat. They would devour the long sticks quite quickly so we started cutting them up into smaller bite-size portions which seem to go over just as well AND stretches this treat so that it becomes quite a good value for the buck. Our dogs don't do a lot of tricks but from the way they respond to "Trick or Snack," I would be quite sure this could be used effectively as that "special inducement" for dog training. If your dog knows you have a few pieces of this in your pocket, he/she is definitely going to be paying attention.
Only piece of advice - me around when your pup is munching on these. My pugs get a little excited and sometimes try to swallow before finishing the chew.
My pomeranian is the pickiest eater EVER! Even when it comes to snacks. But boy o boy did she ever love these.
Product is good and our dog loves it. He is prone to allergies and no problems at all.
My dog liked them and thats all that matters. He is like a picky cat
