    Great service!

My order came really quickly and at the best price I could find! Not related to this, but my daughter just lost both of her 17 yr. old cats within 3 weeks of each other. Chewy refunded her recent orders to donate to the animal shelter. That level of caring is above and beyond!

    compromised cans

By QueenMA on Sep 24, 2021

So last month I placed my 2nd order of Triumph canned cat food. The first case was not the grain free. The price is right, the ingredients look good and my cats like it fine BUT between the 2 order I found 3 compromised cans. The price is right, the ingredients look good and my cats like it fine BUT between the 2 order I found 3 compromised cans. Not just dented, though there were a fair amount of those, but the actual seal cracked and the food bad. So I contacted Chewy and, true to form, they graciously refunded the cost of those 3 cans. But, since then I found out that my husband, who also feeds the cats, also has found 2 or 3 compromised cans. I started feeding this food when Chewy no longer carried Authority. But I will now go back to a different canned food. If we've had 6 cans of bad food over 2 cases that is 12%, much too high of a reject amount. And it also makes me question if other cans were compromised but just not seen. My cats are elderly and can not afford to be feed bad food. … more

I ordered this to try for my FIV cat as he is a picky eater. He hated it. The others loved it.

    Cats actually eat this one

    By on

My cats were not a fan of the regular Triumph canned food (not grain free). I saw that this one had a new formula and the price was lower, so I thought I'd give it a shot. They actually like it. I was shocked. They didn't like it at first, but they never like anything at first. I mix this flavor with the chicken & fish one (about 75/25) and they like it even more (I don't like giving them a lot of fish). The ingredients are great, no potatoes or peas, which is nice. It does have carrageenan, but it's hard to find a food that doesn't. Glad I gave it a try.

    None will eat

    By on

2 7mo kittens and 1 adult semi feral, none of them will eat this :( One of the kittens actually cried when I put it down and would barely even smell it. The pate is soft with lots of juice and nice ingredients and very affordable. I think it’s worth a try but it seems very disappointing to my cats.

Love the ingredients and they typically like turkey and giblets. They ate this day one and then never again. I had to donate it.

    Cats Love It

    By on

Hi. Cats love it. I've been looking for grain free that they will eat consistently and this seems to be doing the trick. The only thing is that the case was missing 1 can. It isn't a big deal, I just want to let you know.

    Picky cat loves it.

My one cat loves this stuff so much he looks at me and 'talks' between bites. Its super cute and he's always happy when this makes rotation. The other cat enjoys it but not anymore than anything else. Ingredient wise its fine, definitely better stuff out there but better than most in its price range. Smells a bit like spam.
