    Cans too damaged

    By on

I've been feeding this to our outside pretties for quite a while and they like it fine. The main problem is the damaged cans that the seal has broken. It doesn't seem to happen during shipment from Chewy to me, the damaged cans are packaged at the manufacturer. Most of the time the cans are from the middle of the case. I've had to throw away several. This last case I had to throw out one. I've had to throw out 2 or 3 sometimes. I've decided not to get any more because of that. The food is fine, it's the damaged cans that I have an issue with.

Tough meat, kitten won't touch it

    By on

The larger size of the triumph turkey kitten formula is tough, dry, and our kitten won't eat it. We have been buying triumph for years, and have had no problem with the same exact product served in the smaller sized cans, which our kitten lapped up. But the food in the larger can version is inferior, visibly tough (not moist) and our kitten doesn't eat it like he did the stuff from the smaller cans. It must be a different manufacturer. I do NOT recommend.

    No go for this

    By on Top 25 Contributor

Of course she loved the first two cans. She has decided to refuse to eat any now. The adult cats LOVE this when someone doesn't pick the food up....

    Good, but not a favorite

    By on

My kitten will eat this, but not with the excitement that she eats other canned food and she is not picky. It's very stiff and needs some water added. However, the price and ingredients are good.

I am always changing it up with my kittens as they like variety. They always clean the bowl with this food!

Used for senior outdoor feral cat

    By on

This was well received by my aging outdoor feral cat. Hoping to get her a little more well fed by winter, so offered her this kitten food. YUM! Would totally buy again.

    Just okay not amazing

    By on

My foster kittens thought it was okay. The one seemed to have some issues chewing it. It’s quality food at a good price. Unfortunately those we had some Iam’s perfect portion kitten food donated to us. They always cleaned their plate with that. With Triumph I always found leftover food.

    Makes cats throw up

    By on

Our two cats throw up each time they eat this food. We’ve given it to them several times to confirm that it is only this wet food and that it is both cats and not just one. I’m not sure what it is about this food, they have inhaled every other wet food we’ve put in front of them (and we’ve tried numerous brands) and kept it all down.

    Great kitten starter food

    By on

The litter of kittens I was weaning off of mom took to the food very well. Blends easily into a puree they couldn't get enough of!
