Great for agile cats
Looks nice, small footprint, and well made compared to others on the market. The space between platforms is too far for my 12 year old cats so but my 2 year old has no problems getting up. Got some new shelves at the same time and they are still a little confused about which “tree” is theirs.
Fat cat broke bottom ledge
This was such an awesome cat tower for about 10 months, still usable but me hefty one-year-old kitty broke one of the ledges as he was climbing up. Was hoping for more durability.
Nice idea, but
Overall, the concept is a good one. But as others have said, it doesn't fit flush against the wall, and there's no hardware (proper screws, anchors) to keep it from tipping. The package did include two enormously long wood-screws that I assume are suppose to go through the brackets and into the wall, but there were no instructions for that part of the installation - and again, it doesn't fit flush against the wall anyway. Unfortunately, it was a return for me.
nice sleek tower
I live in a small apartment so I really wanted something that entertained the cats without being the focal point of our living space. The kittens love this and the sleek design fits well in my space. My only complaint is the top cushion slips off easily and is hard to replace since the tower is fixed to the wall

Even better than expected
I never write reviews, but after spending hours searching for a perfect cat tree to replace the one my kitties have loved to the point of destruction, I settled on this one and it’s perfect. Really tall, but not bulky because it stabilizes against the wall. Not made of carpet so you don’t end up with fluffs everywhere but still a comfy material and good for scratching. And the best part is the top bed cover comes off so it’s machine washable if your kitties puke! 12/10
Wider than listed!
Overall this is a great product but the dims listed in the photo are incorrect. I got this tree because it was going to fit nicely in a limited space. I only had 18” of width and 72” of height so this cat tree was the one. If you put this together as the photo shows, the 2 platforms make this tree 22” wide. We rectified this by placing the platforms on the same side.
Good product, but...
Tower is as described but a couple caveats to be aware of: 1. The brackets to attach to the wall are a couple inches away from the edge, making the tower stick out from the wall a bit. 2. Biggest issue -- it doesn't come with wall anchors or screws to attach to the wall! I built the whole thing and realized I had no hardware left to attach to the wall. Luckily I had some anchors and old 3 inch screws to make it work, but they're brown and don't blend in with the whole thing or the wall. When I emailed Trixie they confirmed they don't include the necessary hardware but are looking into maybe doing so in the future. Pretty major flaw when the point of the tower is to be attached to wall! Tried to attach pictures but the Chewy site isn't working. Once attached, it is pretty sturdy. One my cats doesn't like the scratch surface because it isn't real sisal rope, more that plastic-y feel. But it looks good and fits into home decor without being too bulky.

Destroyed in less than 4 months. Very disappointed because we had to drill to secure.
Good for tight spaces
We bought new furniture and the set came with a recliner we didn't have before. The only place to put the recliner was where their large scratching post was. So we were searching for one to replace it, because it's not fair to take away their scratching post and expect them not to use the brand new furniture. :) We finally decided on this one. It fits flat against the wall, taking up less space. We were able to make it work fine. They are using it, that's all that matters.
