Took two people to put together and the assembly took time but went together well. We have a small Corgi that does Agility, so this is great for at-home practice. Before this she had a very short and small teeter, so this was a big step up. It took her no time at all to use the seesaw well
I wanted a teeter to start my puppies early but I couldn't afford a regulation size at $1000 or more. This price was right and I decided to try it. It is extremely well made and sometimes the holes needed a bit of coaxing to fit properly but this teeter is MUCH better quality than I expected. I would buy it again, no question.
You get what you pay for. I should have save up for a better teeter for my dogs. If you indoors with ideal temperatures it may be fine. A little heat and humidity, the rubber strips are falling off. The wood is cheap and was already splitting before I even put it together. I’ll may it work for a bit until I can get a better system. I gave it 2 stars just because it was easy to put together.
This product is great there is a lot of assembly but if you don't have tools it's not hard either mine was about to die so I had to hand do a lot of the screws only downside between this and a metal one is that you can't adjust this one so it's not good if you have a newer dog to this equipment if they are experienced then ignore that comment but if you are looking for a piece of equipment to train your dog I would recommend paying that extra money to get one of the metal based ones and just add a board but other than that I haven't had any problems with it
