I have a different model of this cat tree. Over time, the hammock has stopped staying above the wood support on the curved part, causing it to sag quite a bit. My cat loves laying in the hammock and I'd like to reinforce the support on it so that the hammock will securely stay up. How can I fix it?

I want to like it and I will like it once I get the proper hardware. 2 of the 3 base screws are not long enough to secure the pieces. They could use bolts too which I will get when I go to buy longer screws. I'm glad I had a gift certificate, if I had paid full price I would be mad. Not a difficult fix and definitely easier than a return. but it gives me zero faith in the brand. My first and last experience w Trixie.

my lucy is loving it! still getting used to it but loving! it’s great, only problem i had setting it up was that one hole wasn’t punched all the way through & i had to pōke it the rest of the way. would recommend though!
