Bunny Tree
By BunnyLove on Jan 1, 2021
We love this for our bunnies! I think it was a decent value for the product but, what I was most impressed with was the customer service from Trixie (brand). The bottom of the tunnel attaches to the base with a screw but ours seemed to be missing the threaded hole/piece and it would not screw down. I emailed the company who responded quickly asking for my proof of purchase and my address then quickly mailed us a whole new hammock/tunnel section. The tunnel does make a scrunchy sound but it does not seem to scare the bunnies. But we certainly know when they are going through it because of the sound!

Excellent for Ferrets
By AisRavenhill on Dec 6, 2020
Great for younger active ferrets. For older ferrets, they might need some stairs to get up/down. (Wouldn't recommend putting on hard wood floor. They have some trouble getting down and you want to provide a soft landing area)

Kitty playground
By Marie on Aug 10, 2020
One cat loves the hammock, altho the entire thing has tipped over when he jumps out of it. Neither cat has gone through the tunnel but they attack it because it crinkles and stalk each other hiding behind it.

great for small cats
By julieb0923 on May 6, 2020
This isn’t great for large cats. My kitty gets in the hammock and it immediately collapses (past whatever is supposed to hold it up) down to the tunnel. Luckily it doesn’t “fall” far. It does frighten him when it suddenly drops down. It’s very subpar engineering. A few minor changes and it would be an excellent product. None of my cats utilize the tunnel due to it being much smaller than their tunnel. Nothing attached to entice them to enter the tunnel either. It would be nice if Trixie offered this hammock on a much taller, cat condo/ cat tree product. 5 out of my 5 cats agree, they’d like this product in a much larger scale with 2-3 of these fluffy hammocks, sisal rope, etc.

Disappointed!
By MommaKitten on Mar 8, 2020
Trixie Gandia Cat Tree. Very poor quality. I contacted the company and they were at a loss as to what to do so they only wanted to send replacement parts. The post attaches to the base well. The hammock secures to the post. After that it's useless! The hammock portion, backboard and tunnel are one piece, partially. The hammock portion of the tree is completely unstable. It is attached to the backboard by two stitches of upholstery thread on each side. The hammock is supposed to rest on a 1x1" pc of styrofoam. The piece of styrofoam was attached to the backboard by staples that ripped out leaving the hammock no place to seat. In addition, even if the 1x1" pc of styrofoam was stable enough to Trixie Gandia Cat Tree. Very poor quality. Once the backboard was attached to the base it would not stand straight enough for the hammock to seat well on it. Don't waste your money! PS my kitten wouldn't go near it! … more

My cat loves it
By Megan on Apr 12, 2020
At first I put it together and she wouldn't touch it. A couple days later I found her sleeping in it and is on it everyday. She loves the scratcher ball on the top too. She'll get hyper and go to town on it.

By kittyKat on Jan 15, 2020
My new kitten now 8 months old does not seem to be interested in using this post. Why I don’t know. Hopefully this will change in time.
