Happy cat!
Our youngest cat loved this straight out of the box. He immediately got in the bottom section, then quickly discovered the danglies and started having a ball with those. It does seem a bit unsteady, he knocked it over once while being a bit overzealous. But he's also a terrible cat and falls off of things all the time. Lol. Great product for the price!
Even my fat cat loves it
I bought this specifically because I wanted a slanted scratching board, all of the ones I have are vertical and my older kitty doesn't use them often. I was skeptical about the hammock, though. I thought my other cat would be too heavy and it would collapse in on her. But, after one failed attempt at jumping into it (she tried to pull herself up into it and that did not work at all) she had it mastered and somehow fits perfectly. I was surprised how much they loved this right away, it didn't take any time at all to get used to. It's also nice that the blanket comes out of the bottom since that's where my long hair cat likes to sleep now so it's super easy to clean.
My young cat loves this cat tree
My cat loves this cat tree. She lays on top, uses the cat scratch on the side, and likes to hide my tennis shoes inside the middle. It was a good purchase.
Only use the scratcher
I got it for the scratcher alone to be honest, but my cat is an older girl who kept scratching a chair I had in my room. Overall a simple and cute product and the scratcher works alright. I can’t imagen it lasting very long though.
Not Sturdy
My kittens are between 5-6 lbs & when they jump up to get in the top, the unit wobbles. It is not sturdy. They do enjoy it though. I am going to try to secure a heavy board on the bottom but then it won’t be able to be folded up anymore.
Flimsy Hammock
I had another version of this made by the same company that lasted for years before finally developing a hole in the hammock. I bought a replacement and the hammock was made from a less sturdy fabric. It barely lasted two weeks with two cats that have clipped nails.
BE CAREFUL
Just got this cat toy, thank god I was home when my kitten got his tail caught around the string of one of the ball pieces! Had to cut the string to let him loose and he was crying really bad. I can’t imagine if I wasn’t home to help him!
slow to warm but seems to love it
It took a bit of convincing but I think she likes it, especially since it can later be used as an escape if a kitten is introduced to the family
Not 4 my 3 cats.
This is too high and too narrow the cats do not like to sit on the top portion. The tunnel is too little for a bigger cat. Might be good for a kitten.
Replacing an old favorite
Replacing this item originally purchased in 2014 for our daughter’s first cat, Dexter. He LOVED it and it was passed down to new kitty Milo. Still a favorite!!!
