For advanced canine gamers. Every dog plays differently and, since not all toys are created equal, it’s always best to keep a close watch on your pup in case things get ruff. Supervised play will help toys last longer and most importantly keep your pal safe. No dog toy is truly indestructible, so always remove the toy from playtime if pieces begin to break off.

I would have given this 5 stars except that there are two pull out compartments that stick and are difficult to open. Nonetheless, the sequences are more challenging than other brands I’ve tried and the fact that there are multiple kinds of puzzles in one makes it more difficult as well. Take note though. Not for beginners!
My very strong, bright and active flame point Siamese cats enjoy this toy. They figured it out by themselves, right away. It helps keep them busy.
I was expecting this to be bigger honestly. I bought it so that I could give my eleven month old catahoula a challenge. unfortunately, it's so tiny that he can just flip all the treats out of it by scraping it with his paw. im honestly just gonna go back to outward hound puzzles.
It was very easy for my chocolate lab. Which sucks because I would have gotten a harder one instead of wasting money.
Not great for heavy chewers or larger breeds.
Chloe loves this. Just challenging enough. She’s 16 months and very enchanted with a new way to find treats!
The puzzle is solid but fairly easy for my dog to solve. My only complaint is that it is not completely dishwasher safe as advertised. The screws holding it together are all rusting after using the dishwasher to clean it.
My pup loves food puzzles but this one I would not recommend. The ball slide does not open drawer for food when pushed so she gets frustrated with it. The string is hard to pull and she ends up pulling the entire puzzle without opening the drawer. It does not open on it's own when pulled. The slides are easy to work and she gets through them as well as the plastic pieces but the holes are not big enough to hold much food. Overall I would call this a miss and we will stick with the puzzles she already has.
This is the 2nd Trixie puzzle that I have purchased and she loves them both. I purchased this one over 2 years ago as of now for my Maltipoo and it is still in excellent condition. We use them every couple of weeks. If you have chewers then I would not recommend leaving them out. They are made of plastic and can be chewed. My dog doesn't chew, but we use it and then put it back up. She wasn't too sure when we got the first one and now she loves them. She now gets so excited when she sees me get them down. Also if your dog is not food/treat driven then you may have a little issue getting them motivated to want to do it. I would DEFINITELY recommend any of Trixies puzzles!!
Only negative is the food gets in the tracks and can be rough to clean out. This blue is a much calmer color than the bright pink. The puzzle is just hard enough to be challenging, but easy enough our cat doesn't lose interest!
