Keep your rabbit “hoppy” with the Trixie Natura Rabbit Hutch With Sloped Roof. Constructed with solid wood in a glazed pine finish, this hutch will endure years of use with very little maintenance. Inside, there’s a non-slip ramp that allows your rabbit to safely travel between the two levels, with a retreat on the upper level when it’s time for a snooze. The wood paneling at the back of run helps protect against the wind, and there’s a pull-out plastic tray and hinged roof so you can get easy access for quick cleaning. It’s also great for guinea pigs!
Made from solid wood with a weatherproof finish inside and out for years of use with little maintenance.
Non-slip ramp provides safe travel between the two levels, with a hatch door to restrict access when you want.
Wood paneling at the back protects against wind and there’s a retreat area on the upper level.
Hinged roof with locking arm opens from above and the pull-out plastic tray offers quick and easy cleaning.
Assembled in 30 minutes. Very easy! You just need a drill. It arrived in great shape. One tiny piece was broken but it doesn’t show from the outside and doesn’t affect function. It also comes with a paper that says if any pieces arrived damaged from shipping to just let them know and they’ll send replacement parts. It’s a great size and looks cute. For the relatively low price, I think it was a great deal.
Expensive Chew Toy!
on Apr 9, 2019
2 sections damaged upon arrival. Took me nearly an hour or more to put it together. Holes not drilled for screws to go in. It's a nice looking hutch once complete. My bunnies think so as well as they have done nothing but chew on it since they have been put in it and it has now become the most expensive chew toy that I have purchased for them! They have done considerable damage in a short period of time and I will be forced to purchase another cage for them soon. Plastic and wire is better suited for animals that continually chew. Learn from my mistake!
Two story hutch
on Mar 21, 2019
This hutch is beautiful. I love the color. When I opened the box there was a broken piece that went to the lid, but it was an easy fix. There was a part of the lid that I had to sand down because it wouldn't fit properly. Assembling is easy if you have the tools. An electric screw driver will be your best friend. This hutch is small. I have a tiny holland lop and it works for when he is put away at night but it really doesn't give a lot of leg room to stretch. I wouldn't recommend putting more than one rabbit in this hutch. This is an indoor hutch for me so I really don't know how it would hold up outside. The wood is very light weight so it most likely would not last out in the elements.
Our hedgehog loves it
on Mar 14, 2019
We got it for our hedgehog loves it. We got a I think it's a extra large dog cage tray for the bottom. The whole thing just sits on top of it and it has lots or extra room all the way around. It helps to make it easy to clean up anything in the cage and helps catch catch whatever we drop while cleaning. The hedgehog loves run up and down the ramp and having more room to roam around. We even got his house and running wheel to fit in on the bottom and keep all the food on the top. Love it and it looks nice.

Looks great, BUT, very cheaply made. If you aren't really careful the entire thing moves. It is not sturdy. Also, even though I filled the top of the hutch with A Lot of carefresh stuffing, every time my bunnies urinate it falls down to my floor. (when I keep the bunnies at the top) Therefore I have many pee stains on my floor.
Almost perfect item
on Apr 13, 2019
Almost perfect with the exception that it's made of wood and the 1st thing Guinea pig's start to do is eat the hutch. Other than that it would be a 5 star item. Perhaps, a little focus on using a different material for the hutch
Good for two guinea pigs

Overall the instructions were hard to understand and I built it a little incorrectly. But overall I really like and the pigs seemed to be enjoying it. Feels really sturdy and some Coroplast in the bottom makes it a nice indoor home.
My Rabbit's Love Thier New Home
on Mar 13, 2019
My Netherland Dwarf Rabbit's dont even want to come out even if the door is left open, they just love this hutch. It was very easy to assemble but you do need at least one more helping hand and it only took about 30-45 minutes to build.
Great rabbit home

This was so easy to put together. It took me maybe 30 mins and it was all together and bunny was chilling in it!
Good indoor condo for guinea pigs.

Not a bad condo for my guinea pigs. I have mine indoors and not sure this could hold up to the outdoor elements. For my needs this worked fine and looks good.
