Broke 2nd time we used it

    By on

It was easily broken by my small dogs. Not well put together. Just pieces of plastic, save your money and buy a different puzzle

    Don't buy This Toy

This toy broke the same day we gave it to our dog-It had removable pieces that our dog was able to chew rather than search for kibble-Second day? in the garbage.

    Five star toy

Works great, durable. We have a super time figuring new treats and making the game more challenging for our sweet boy. Great toy

    Lots of Furbaby Fun

Jimmy loves this puzzle. He managed to solve it pretty quickly, but he still enjoys getting to the treats. He has lots of different puzzles of varying levels, but this one is a clear favorite.

    Not their best work

    By on

We really like this line of puzzle feeders, but this one fell flat. The lever puzzle is very flimsy and the platform inside its tower where the food goes keeps coming off. It’s difficult to put back in place and tends to come right back out within a few uses, and food gets stuck under the platform if we don’t reset it to the right position. The tower with the platform that pulls out horizontally doesn’t have enough of an angle for treats to fall all of the way out, causing us to have to assist with pushing the treats down to prevent our dog from scraping his tongue on the plastic to try to get to the treats inside. I wouldn’t purchase this again, and it sadly doesn’t get a lot of use because We really like this line of puzzle feeders, but this one fell flat. Good in theory, but not in practice

    By on

I purchased another toy set by this brand and it was much better. Sometimes simplicity is better (in terms of the hardware, not the actual difficulty of the puzzle). The compartments and parts tend to get stuck against one another and treats get caught underneath with no way of getting out making it a pain to clean. The Outward Hound puzzles seem to be better constructed.

Good toy for my dog but a few things happened

    By on

I got for my dog because she really loves them the first few times it was fine she couldn’t figure it out at first but then she figured it out but after a few times she kind of started chewing the bone part and then the bone part fell out but I put it back in and then a few other parts have broken but they’re easy to fix so I would recommend this for your dog but just watch them to make sure that they don’t rip the parts up.

    Challenging

    By on

My dog (a pug) really loved this toy and was eager to figure out each mechanism, he enjoys every interactive toy I've gotten from this line. The first time it took him about 30 mins and now he can do it in about 5 or 10 minutes, it's definitely a great way to exercise his mind and I'm already looking to buy the next level.
