Pros: my rabbits cannot throw it around or chew through it easily. It will last for years. Cons: Assembly was difficult. The floor of the house has gaps in it big enough to snag nails, so I had to cover them. The paint job was spotty and there were splinters that needed to be sandpapered off before giving to my rabbits. Also, the house itself smells very strongly of pine, so I had to let it air out.
It’s a yes from us! We’ve had a smaller version in the past. I like that this one is painted and it makes more sense to have two exits (bunnies prefer). Our rabbits enjoy jumping on top of these as well. We screwed the inside base in (not included) because our rabbits previously moved it and chewed it; we also blocked off the legs/open gap because of this. Don’t expect them to be perfect. I would recommend using a drill to assemble.
