Is this good for fleas

This product has natural salicylic acid that eliminates scaly skin and dandruff, and oatmeal, vitamin E, and tea tree oil to moisturize the skin and leave the coat healthy and clean. It will not interfere with any spot on flea or tick treatments but does not contain ingredients to combat fleas.
How long is the shelf life for this shampoo because I don't see one anywhere on the bottle?
