HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Not only does it works great but smells wonderful. My dog is half Bichon and half Cavalier Spaniel. Unfortunately she tends to knot especially at the ears and tail. I spray it in my hands then spread it all over her especially where she tends to knot more. I can't spray this directly on her because she is a small dog and is scared of the sprayer. I even gave a bottle to her dog groomer who now buys it to use on all the dogs she grooms. She said that it cuts her work in half and the dogs are happy too. Be careful not to spray this in your dog's eyes.
Works well
This arrived in the nick of time. One of my dogs, Jack has longer hair. After one of our walks he needed to be brushed. He had been swimming and had a good stinky, wet dog smell going on. I used the Tropiclean and it smelled great and made his coat soft and luxurious.
Cat freaked
I followed the reviews on this product, so I purchased it. Unfortunately, my long- haired, older car freaked out whenever I sprayed it near him. It was nearly impossible to spray it quietly into my hand and then put it on him. I seems like it would help with his mats, but I cannot use it.
Good stuff
I have a newfypoo with a long wavy fleece like coat that needs daily brushing to prevent any matting. This stuff works fabulously and it smells really good. He hasn’t had any negative reaction to it and it helps maintain his beautiful wavy texture without damaging his coat from such frequent brushing
TropiClean works just like it should
I am very happy with TropiClean. It does indeed help remove the tangles on my goldendoodle and that's not easy to do.
It actually works
I’ve got a golden doodle and his fur is very curly and if not regularly groomed, his fur gets matted. I used this stuff while grooming him and it works fantastically!! It turns a pain in the butt job into a pretty easy job!
Works, but too heavily scented
Wish manufacturer would dial back on the fragrance level by about 75%, it's overpowering to my human nose, and my cat HATES it.
Works Really Well
It definitely got the tangles out from behind my cockapoo's ears - BUT oh gosh does it have a strong odor. I can't stand the way it smells, and it takes forever for it to go away. For that reason, I'm afraid to use it on my elderly cat; she has enough problems with the younger cats without smelling like an air-freshener! Really too bad, because it did work very well.
Works great
Tried this for my Pomeranian who has a very dense undercoat. Grooming was always very unpleasant for both of us. This product worked really well and I was able brush him more thoroughly than ever before. Highly recommend.
No more tangles!
I have a 4 year old yorkie-chi-maltese mix (lol, I know) and his hair is long, wavy, and totally unruly. I am constantly brushing and combing him and he still ends up with persistent, tight matting. It's a real bummer for me and him both. I used this detangler prior to also bathing him with Bobbi Panter conditioner (the white bottle), and I am amazed! This is truly a lifesaver for me and my pup. Brushing him after applying the detangler and again after his bath is now so smooth and easy. His coat is smooth and fluffy, clean, soft, and beautiful. This will make the grooming easier on the both of us. So pleased with this product. Must have for that wavy/tangled hair. The smell is lovely too. Delivery was prompt.
