Penny, my Goldendoodle, has multiple allergies, but can eat these treats. She LOVES them and knows when it’s time for her to get them!
Dog loves them and I like that they crumble easily. My picky dog is guaranteed to eat his food bc he loves this treat as a topper for kibble. I like that the ingredients seem higher quality and there are fewer fillers.
I got the Salmon Recipe so I can't speak for the others. My pup likes them but she was drinking tons of water after training with these treats. It doesn't have sodium percentage like human food, but I noticed Salt was #9 out of 11 ingredients. I don't think I'll be buying this again because there are so many other alternatives.
My 8 month Sheepadoodle enjoyed these as training treats, didn’t give her diarrhea! One star taken off for how crumbly these can get though
My two Aussies love these. It’s a great way for me to train them
Our Boxer with skin issues enjoys these treats.
Every animal at my house liked these treats a lot! (Cats/dogs/rats) Sizing isn't consistent but that's not a huge deal since they're soft treats. Decent sized bag too
My dog loves True Acre treats. He has tried rabbit, chicken, and salmon and he thinks all of them are yummy. Super glad that each treat is only 2 calories so we can get the most out of our training sessions together without filling him up too quickly.
If I could have rated 3.5 stars, I would have. My dogs and cats liked these treats. There were only two issues I noticed. The first is that the treats were extremely crumbly. I wouldn't be able to put them in my pocket at all unless I wanted a pocket that would get chewed out when the pants went in the hamper. Easily remedied with a year bag, but that's not always an option. They're also not uniform size pieces. Would I buy them again? Yes, but only if they were on a great sale.
My dogs love the flavor, but these mini training rewards CANNOT be used for this purpose - I was shocked when I opened the box yesterday from Chewy and saw through the cellophane window that most of the treats had turned into fine soft crumbs - this makes these entirely unusable for training treats as they go to crumbs in your treat bag, in your hands, and in the dog's mouth. Training facilities will be very unhappy if you use these because every other dog is going to be sniffing the floor instead of working on their training. So just leave them at home and use them as a topping on the supper dish. Or just don't buy them at all :( Great taste, but poor condition. They are certainly soft, but are not chewy as they ingredients don't stick together.
