Dog In Love

My senior dog is in love with these chews. Duck is her favorite flavor. We have tried other brands with some success, but these come closest to meeting her requirements for the perfect chew. She needs a softer chew because of her teeth. She's on a diet so it's more convenient for me to give her a product that is always the same size. She loves the taste. These serve as her "dog dessert" and she expects one after dinner every night.

My dogs LOVE these - however, we are dealing with allergies and in really looking into these, the very first ingredient on the DUCK jerky cut is CHICKEN. So, off to find something that does not label itself DUCK and then sell you chicken. Unfortunate.

These treats are just okay, in my opinion. My dog loves them, but she'll eat literally anything under the sun. A couple of issues with this treat - it's labeled as duck, but the first ingredient is CHICKEN, so your dog is eating a chicken treat. Secondly, if you look at the rest of the ingredients (rice, glycerin, syrup), this treat is mostly SUGAR. These are labeled as premium and viewed as "healthy" but theyre not healthy enough to satisfy me as a dog owner, so I won't giving them to my dog anymore. I used to give these to my dog ALL the time. Theyre easy to break up into tiny pieces for training and my dog loves soft, stinky treats which is why this was my go - to treat for awhile. But since These treats are just okay, in my opinion. Great for Training

Mia absolutely LOVES her duck jerky. We use it for training by ripping small pieces off and Mia gobbles it up. We’ve tried sooo many treats, but nothing compares to her duck jerky. 10/10 highly recommend.

Not True for my Pups

Both Spot and Mady ate the chews; however, both threw them up. Not a good result and surprising to me. They are finicky eaters. Too bad.

duck/chicken treats

I have two mini dachshunds. I fed this treat two times and one of my dogs eventually ate it, but is not interested in the product. My other dog (both times I gave her a treat she) proceeded to throw it up after a few minutes.... She is 9 years old and has never done this with teats. She usually loves duck and chicken, so not sure what the problem with these are... in addition she has had the True Chews (just) chicken jerky before and had no issues. So overall one of my dogs getting sick and the other one not wanting to eat these treats is the reason for my rating. Maybe I just got a bad batch though.

My dogs love this from puppy to adult! (Alaskan Malamutes, pomeranians, and a Bully mix) I run out way faster than I should. They are soft and easy for my dogs to eat much less of a choke hazard than the jerky treats I used to use.

MADE IN THE USA!!

I look for the "MADE IN THE USA" seal when ever I buy anything for my dog. She seems to like these treats and as long as she is happy, than I am happy also. You don't carry her favorite treat, and with the stay at home order, it is easier for me to order through Chewy. I have been using Chewy for awhile now because you always have what we need. I got tired of the stores out of what I needed and you always have in stock.
