Destroyed in under 10 minutes. Other animals lasted much longer, like the monkey and armadillo. The penguin is soft.

Super cute toy. I know no toy is indestructible, but I had heard raving reviews in regards to how well this brand stands up to tough chewers. This is unfortunately not the case or my aunts golden has needle teeth.

My dog is picky about his toys but took to this toy immediately and hasn’t left it alone since.

I own a 1 year old Cavapoo (15lbs) and this toy lasted approximately 30mins. She is hit or miss on ability to chew up other plush toys, but for the significant premium in price I expected this toy to last a long time. I would highly discourage the Tuffy brand for this type of dog breed.

Obviously if your dog is extremely under stimulated they will be able to rip this toy up, they do have teeth after all. But as far as the toughness of a stuffed toy you won’t find one better than this.

My heavy duty chewer really likes his penguin, and I think it might last pretty long!

I purchased this toy for my French Bulldog. I thought it would be the one stuffed animal she could not tear up. It took her less than a minute to rip the penguin and start tearing the stuffed animal. Not worth the money if your dog is an aggressive chewer.

My dog loves this toy! He carries it around, chews on it, and tosses it! He even sleeps with it! It is so cute! He never leaves it behind!

My 55lb blue heeler mix LOVES this penguin and can chew on him forever without destroying it. Super durable, even for chew-heavy puppers!

My bull terrier is having fun with the penguin. It would be kind of large for a smaller dog. You have to watch out for the wings or flippers...they are sewn on. Don't play tug with this by the flipper.
