Transition Instructions
When switching from your old food, it is best to allow 7 - 10 days transitional period. To switch, slowly add more of the Tuscan Natural food and less of the old food every meal until you are using Tuscan Natural exclusively.

Very good food for sensitive dogs
My dog is not picky about eating any food but he has so many food sensitivities which effect his skin and his heart and his brain. He has seizures once a month. He can only eat white fish for meat and limited vegetables. I am so glad I found this food since there are so many bad combinations of foods for him. He loves it and seems to do better in the mornings since he started it. We will know if the seizures stop if we get through February without one. Keep praying!
It was well recommended but didn’t work well for us
I have a 10 yr old Yorkshire terrier with 38 known allergies. Finding a safe food is not easy. We bought this with initial allergy panel positives being okay with this food. My 4 pound Yorkshire terrier would normally poop twice a day. On this food he had normal size and form 5 times a day. The size of kibble was HUGE, not appropriate for small toy breeds. I had to weigh it out not using measuring cups. During initial change, he’d pick out big kibbles and leave them on the floor. We got results from 2nd allergy panel and this food had a positive allergen so we stopped feeding. Chewy refunded out money. Thank God for Chewy!

I would definitely reconditioned this food. I have an Amstaff that is allergic to just about everything and yes, I have had him tested. I’ve had a hard time finding a food that doesn’t cause his hair to fall out. :( I’ve had him on this food for the past 2 months...his hair is growing back(fast) his coat looks amazing. He loves it! Tuscan...please don’t change your recipe!
Great limited ingredient dog food
The ingredients are great but the kibble is too big for my 5 Chihuahuas.
Ocean's Away
We switch flavors of Tuscan Natural for variety with our dog. This is our first trying the Ocean Blend and she loves it. We blended the lamb and Ocean to help her transition. The one change however is that she poops more, but she absolutely loves the change.
Excellent product-resolved dog IBS
Ocean Extreme from Tuscan Naturals has been a godsend for my rescue (std poodle) who struggled with food sensitivities and digestive/bowel irritation issues. I almost exhausted (or thought I had) the Limited ingredient Foods until my local expert recommended Ocean Extreme. Single source white fish protein, olive oil as fat source (Ben has issues with salmon, canola, beef and chicken fat sources). I love that there are no “mystery products” in the ingredients. His gut has healed (with the help of Vetri Probiotic SD for 6 months)-no more 3-4 day bouts of gut pains as something moves through his system. Now he loves his kibble (I top with Half patty of Stella & Chewies dehydrated Rabbit), has a great appetite and is thriving! Yes it’s a little more expensive than many other foods but worth it as I’ve saved more than that on vet bills and meds. Not to mention Ben is healthier and happier. High quality and great ingredients. Thank you for making this food! It took 2 years to find it but am ever so grateful I did!!
Exactly the same as Natural Balance LID- Exactly
The same shape, smell, and dog's reaction to this brand and to Natural Balance LID Fish formula. The two foods are identical but just under a different name. Everything is basically identical. My dogs were on Natural Balance LID Fish but found that eventually they were no longer doing good on that food so looked for a replacement, and bought this. This food is Identical in every way including our dog's reaction. Would not recommend. And, the canned food was identical too. And that was in the Lamb. Exact same as Natural Balance! I believe the entire line of Tuscan Natural is Natural Balance LID undercover! lol :(
Senior Boston Terrier Loves It
Our 12yo Boston Terrier has Cushing’s Disease and hypothyroid, loves this food and does well on it. We’ve used Tuscan Naturals for many years but this flavor is really good.
