Keep your pet safe and silence noisy tags with the Twigo Pet ID Tag Silencer Pocket for Cats & Dogs. This lightweight silicone cover helps protect metal tags from mud and rain and does away with the constant jingling every time your pet moves. The self-attaching loop makes it much easier to fasten to a collar than traditional split rings that can pinch your fingers. Use the included ballpoint pen to write important information like your pet’s name, your name, address and phone number on the back. Next, you’ll boil the tag to keep the ink from running. If you need to change the information, simply erase it with rubbing alcohol and re-boil. There’s a smile-shaped opening for you to insert metal tags up to 1.5 inches. This versatile tag silencer can be worn in several ways to fit tags of all shapes. You can use the silicone loop, or you can cut it off and use the loop on the metal tag to attach it to the collar. The Twigo Pet ID Tag Silencer is great for travel and for everyday use to make sure your cherished pet always returns home.
Keeps your pet safe and ensures your pet gets home safely.
Very easy to personalize, simply write, boil, cover and wear.
Easy to use, self- attaching, covers and protects engraved tags. Great to use for travel, sitters, allergies and more!
Eliminates the jingling, jangling and clanking!
Paw-proofed, made from a durable, lightweight material.
Write details on back. (Any medium ballpoint pen will work. No Sharpies or Gel Pens.) Mistake? Remove with rubbing alcohol and rewrite. Soap will not remove ink. Tip for writing on Silence Pocket: place two quarters inside the pocket before writing. This will create a flat surface to write on.
Place in boiling water for 2 minutes. Ink changes to purple color. Allow to dry.
Place existing engraved tag inside the smile in the front.
Secure by slipping loop into collar ring and pull over tag. Tighten and secure
If tag becomes dirty, wash with soap and water, not alcohol.
Ink pens fade on paper and will fade on silicone but don’t fret, you can simply write boil and wear again.
It took only three weeks of wear for Maggie's dog tag to rip through the side of this holder and fall out. It was a nice quiet three weeks, but I would not recommend this item.
Not What I Expected

This product is too small to fit county license tags. It's difficult to get the metal ring out the side and because it's so small, the loop provided wouldn't be enough protection to keep on collar because flap is partially open. Ink rubs off back of tag even after boiling it the 2 minutes as recommended. Wouldn't buy another.
Working well so far

Our dog has gone deaf. I wanted something to alert others, in case she managed to wander off, without having to add another tag to her collar. I was able to write "I am DEAF" on the Twigo and insert her rabies tag inside.

The new tag I purchased came right off, still makes noise.
Don't waste your money

Okay for the first month (at the most). The writing comes off ... totally blank, no pen marks left. :-(

Only lasted 2 or 3 days. I found it in the cat’s bed. Somehow the rubber had been ripped causing it to fall off the id tags that were connected to his collar.

Used it for a while for our puppy that was so rambunctious at the time. Worked great for us.
Came dirty in box, fits tags though

I order two of these and they were really dirty when I opened the box, cleaned easy but still... Thankfully they fit my cats tags but dog tags may not fit depending on size.
Not Good Enough

The Pet ID Tags Silencer pockets looked almost exactly like the one that I received when I bought the original ID tag. I put the new one on with the tag inside and in two days the tag had fallen out and was gone. I have one more so when I get the tag replaced, I will glue it into the second one.
Great alternative to a metal tag
on Feb 15, 2018
This silicone tag is a great alternative for our tiny dog. We were looking for a smaller tag, but could only find a metal one that the dog couldn't tolerate. This is lightweight, noiseless, and you can write as much on it as you fit. Now I just have to put the pen somewhere so if I want to change the info on the tag I'll be able to find the pen.
