Didn't think she would bother however...
It took her a minute to even go near this toy. She's an outdoor/indoor cat and she really only plays with living things lol. We heard the balls jingle and knew she was trying it...she did have fun. I like how heavy the bottom is, I don't have to be concerned with it flipping over. It's well made and easy to put together.
Chewy fixed it and my cats are happy!
I don’t know how to update previous reviews, so here’s a new one. I ordered this as a holiday surprise for my 5 kittens ranging from 13 weeks to 8 months. The first one was delivered missing the balls in the base, which was the entire reason I picked this one. I left my review accordingly, and within a couple of days Chewy reached out and said they were sending me a new one. I just set it up for the kittens and they LOVE it. They’re going nuts with the jingle balls. Thank you Chewy!
multiple cats
I have multiple cats and two are senior cats . They love this toy :) it’s great for any age . And I feel very confident when I shop with chewy cause they are always great if I need any help . Luckily I didn’t lol it came nicely put together .thank you :)
not the best
I received the order slowly and the cats will claw the post but they do not engage in the toy part of this. Great concept but my cats are not fans. I absolutely would recommend using chewy still.
cats don't use it
thought my 2 cats would enjoy playing & using this, but it hasn't worked out at all also bought catnip spray played for a little while & that's it. don't even go near it even after spraying catnip. wasn't expecting this reaction.
Scratching post
These things are the worst purchases I have ever made on chewy. The scratching post won't stay up because the screw is to small and it wobbles around. I quess I have to get some gorilla glue or something to fix it. My cats won't go near them and they are in the box in my closet.

Like it, sturdy
Nice heavy base keeps the tom cats from pulling it over. The balls are still inside, so the cats are busy.
Really nice but already damaged
This post is really great and my cats loved it the moment I put it together, but it has not been a month and the twine is already coming off at the top :( But apart from that, they still love it and play regularly with the ball in the base

My cat loves the scratching post and uses it often. Well worth the money
