Would like to order this one but no line for FRONT personalization. Other model (gold has this option, but this one only has space to personalize back) please let me know if you can personalize front with name instead of where it says Good Girl

At this time, you are not able to customize the front of the Good Boy and Good Girl tags. Those can only be engraved on the backside.

It’s pretty but is already scraping away

I haven’t had it for long for my dog. It’s beautiful, and the engraving was perfect; however, the backside is already scraping away. No protective cover came with it, either, so I’m afraid the engraving will scratch away and be unreadable soon.
