Feeding Instructions
Taking care of your dog’s overall health starts by feeding him properly. We suggest using this chart as a guide. Adjust amounts accordingly over time. Please remember these portions are averages and will vary according to age, activity, size and temperament of your Adult dog. Pregnant and lactating female dogs will require 2 - 3 times as much food as Adult feeding guidelines shown.
Puppies start to eat solid foods at 3 - 4 weeks of age and should have free access to solid food from this time until weaning. You may keep PRO PAC® Ultimates™ Meadow Prime™ before your puppy at all times; most puppies will satisfy their nutritional needs as their appetite dictates. When switching to a new food, gradually increase the new food and decrease the old food over a 7 - 10 day period of time until your pet is completely eating PRO PAC® Ultimates™ Meadow Prime™.
Transition Instructions
On days 1 & 2 of the change, you should have plenty of your pet�s old food left. Fill the bowl with 3 quarters of the old food, and one quarter of PRO PAC Ultimates. On days 3 & 4, add in another quarter, so you have half old food, half PRO PAC Ultimates. On days 5 & 6, mix one quarter old food and 3 quarters PRO PAC Ultimates . On only 7 days, your pet will be on an all-new diet of PRO PAC Ultimates.

Change in Formula doesn't agree with my boys stomach
My boy used to do really well with this food until they changed the formula and the packaging. I had asked what they did differently to it and they sent me the change in ingredients. I'm not sure exactly what it is that's causing it but his poop is loose, going way too often, extremely bad gas, and up during the night maybe due to stomach not feeling well. This is my boy who would sleep all morning and we would have to wake him up to go out, now he's up early morning crying to go out! Definitely need to find a new food. On the look out now for a better one. Such a shame he has been on this for years!
Good but poop isn’t solid
Usually I would have to put a little bit of wet dog food in his bowl in order for him to eat any dry dog food but he loves this. The issue I have with this is ever since the company has changed the cover of the dog food bag, his poop has not been solid. I don’t know if they changed something in the ingredients but his poop was solid before.

Good food, good price
I had my pups on diamond naturals salmon, because one dog has allergies. Well, picky dogs want things switched up, so I tried this lamb formula. It was hard to find a food without chicken or chicken by products, but this one has just lamb. Bonus, the bag is resealable! Love that.
My boys food
I've been using the pro pac food for a while now and my boys have been very happy and healthy with it. I will run out before I reorder. When I do, it is sent in a prompt manner.

Allergies with all three dogs despite being grain free
I wanted to love this food however , the food does not agree with them . All different breeds and all seem to have dry skin which absolutely drives my Cairn terrier to the brink . The lab recently began with irritation and chihuahua surprisingly last to show symptoms. So switching out their food yet again ! They enjoy eating it but it’s very clear it isn’t right for them . So even though it is grain free , it isn’t a good match for my fur babies !
