Please use our Pawprint-able Sizing Guide to help you obtain your pet's paw measurements. For the best fit, match the below dimensions to your pet's measurements as closely as possible. If your pet falls somewhere between two sizes, we advise ordering the larger of the two.
Paw Width: Using our Pawprint-able Sizing Guide, place your pet's paw on the diagram and mark the widest points at the left and right side of the paw. This area is usually near the base of the toes.
Paw Length: With you pet's paw still in position, mark the longest points at the front and back of the paw; remember your pet's nails will need to fit too.
These boots were perfect! and I measured a few times to make sure I got the right size! They kept my pups paws nice and warm and dry but I noticed as we walked down the stairs they slip off the foot with each step. He also doesn't have his dew claws
, which idk if that's the reason why hey slip off? I have an 8 mo, OEB and I ended up gifting them to a friend that has a dog with longer hair and he loved them! They didn't slip off his paws so we will have to keep looking for a better snow shoe. It gets cold in vt!
Didn’t work for my girl

My lab has spinal arthritis which causes her to slip more on hardwood floors and makes it harder to get up. She also can drag her back feet. These seem quite sturdy but a little too much room in the front of the mitt causes her back feet to drag even more and they catch and fold over as she walks. I am concerned that catching will cause her to fall. I ordered a medium for my 80 lb lab based on other reviews and careful measuring. Her feet were exactly the top size for a medium. Smaller and not as stiff would be helpful. May use them on her when it is icy out, but they are no use to us now.
Sized down and perfect!

The petite work well for my 5.5 pound yorkie! I do have to tighten them quite a bit for them to stay, but I just cut the excess so that there wasn’t a lot hanging off the boot that she could get to. I ordered two sizes since she measured for a small but the petite are the ones that actually fit. She still has a lot of room in the boot and if they were any bigger, I don’t think she’d be able to walk. Unfortunately, the size small is going to just go to waste unless I can find someone with a bigger dog.

Recently my doberman has been slipping on the tile floor (she's 10 now). I have tried SO MANY items to try to keep her from slipping and hurting herself - these boots are awesome! They don't slip or spin around, don't slouch and are perfect for what I need them for. Forget all those glue on toe grips or glue on pad protectors - forget the socks too!
Velcro placement is wonky
on Oct 23, 2021
I ordered for my small pittie but they are just too small even with the measurements. Fits around her foot easily and ends where it needs to be, but the velcro placement is terrible and throws her off. The bottom strap being right where her pawpad ends.
It makes her trip and she hates the shoes already, but I'm sure the balancing makes it worse. I haven't been using them and a larger size would be too big for her feet.
The straps need to be really tight in order not to slip off but she can still kick them off her feet when running easily.
No matter how tight...won't stay on...

I needed to replace some booties that I bought many years ago. These booties did not work for my little dogs. They fit just fine; but, they would not stay on. Within seconds of a little run, the booties were kicked off. I kept trying to make them work and redoing them. Still got kicked off. I do not recommend them.
Very Good Boots!

We have a Jack/Corgie mix. His coloring is Jack with white/ large black spot markings and the Corgie is the body with a stockier build. His back feet are Jack and front feet are closer to Corgie size. With that said we're forced to buy 2 different sizes (in case others have the same problem). Tried small but way, way to large so ended up getting the XS and Petite booties for him. Still a little big on the front paws but very doable for the winter coming. More expensive but have extras in case he throws a boot. The quality is very good and will probably last a winter season or two or more hopefully. Summer we use the balloon type for the hot pavement. When these wear out, I'll be replacing again for these same ones. These really are worth getting. Maybe there's better but I've yet to find any within this price point.… more

I live in the high desert of SW Texas and my dog is constantly getting cactus thorns and Goat's Heads stuck in her paws. These booties have been a lifesaver! She doesn't even mind sitting still while I put them on becasue she knows we can hike longer and further with no pain!
Substantial dog boots

These dog boots are made well. Would be good for rough terrain and snow I imagine. However, the foot pad is wide and construction too intense for my use which is to assist dogs with arthritis walk on vinyl flooring and on pavement.

She walks well in them. She twisted 2. 3 came off one foot at a time due to me not having then on good. Love the pads on inside. Hasn’t snowed yet or iced. Hope they are just as great. Sabrina let me put them on easily.
