Deep snow is no challenge for these boots!
By Vicki on Feb 25, 2021
I bought a pair of these boots while pup sitting for my sister’s dog, who figured out how to take the pair he had off by jumping in the snow. When I got this pair, I was pleasantly surprised at how much they expand to fit them on. I love the leg padding for comfort and it’s brilliant that the Velcro closes in opposite directions. The first time I took the pup out on these new boots he jumped in deep snow and looked like he was swimming. For over two blocks, he swam in the deep snow and these boots didn’t move. I was so happy with the results that I bought a pair for my pup as well. My pup has four dew claws and most boots don’t fit comfortably. These are perfect for him. Excellent for the price
By evabreva on Feb 26, 2021
I bought the petite for my super mutt doggie (15 lbs dew claws only in front; long narrow foot; width 1.25). The back ones stay on really well and have never come off even while running through the woods. The front booties sometimes come off after 15-20 minutes of fetch in the snow, which involves my dog digging in the snow for the frisbee/ball. My dog has really long front toenails though that I’m working up the courage to trim more frequently. I strongly believe the long front toenails are to blame more than the ultra paw booties. I thought my dog would hate these, but the minute it goes below 20F he is more than willing/eager to wear these. He seems comfortable in them and I haven’t found I bought the petite for my super mutt doggie (15 lbs dew claws only in front; long narrow foot; width 1.25). I definitely put them on tight! I only took off one star because I don’t like how snow collects in the top part of the booties. On a normal winter day it’s not a big deal/just waking on slated sidewalks, but I’m from MN and sometimes it’s so cold that the snow that collects there freezes right away and body heat cannot melt it away. I can tell that starts to bother my dog pretty quickly on polar vortex days with deep snow. If you don’t live in a polar vortex climate- these are absolutely perfect. Since I don’t mind living like a polar bear, I’m going to invest in some Canadian Pooch booties that go up higher and hopefully will avoid the frozen snow accumulating around the top of the bootie. But I’m really glad I bought these and I will definitely keep using them all the time to protect my dog’s feet from ice build up in his little wee paws and salted pavement. … more

3yr old Giant Breed- love these shoes
By Candace on Feb 21, 2021
Our Bernedoodle is 87lbs- I recommend these shoes as the fabric design gives him flexibility and comfort, but they also slide right on and the adjustable double straps is a huge bonus! We've tried them out on the winter sidewalks of Brooklyn in snow and rain. Still haven't found the perfect dog shoe but these are close. They are not crafted for forever so we expect to cycle through them at least once a year.

My dog can now play in 0° weather!
By KatieandMav on Feb 13, 2021
I was skeptical to order these after hearing stories of dogs hating them. I have a border collie who loves to play in the snow, but since this polar vortex hit Wisconsin he can barely stand walking outside long enough to pee. The first and second time wearing these he was a little goofy looking. But the third time we played fetch and went for a walk and he is totally used to them! So nice to get him outside even though it’s so cold. Highly recommend!

I Wanted To Love Them
By Niki on Feb 27, 2021
Our Shepherd has been licking her foot and as a result has a sore now.. we had snow at the time so we needed something water proof to keep the sock we had on her dry. These boots definitely kept her foot dry, and they stayed on never once came off but I felt like it fit her like a mitten instead of say a boot.. and while she was a champ about wearing it I could tell she wasn’t happy.

They don't fit right
By Josh on Mar 1, 2021
I was excited to get these for my two dogs to help against the salt it claims to they won't come off due to a patent design but honestly they barely stay on the biggest issue is the fact that they are made like a mitten and have zero curve or bend to them at all so when you put it on the dogs paw it doesn't fit very well just spend the extra money for nice ones

Lost one 1st time out!
By DetailManNJ on Feb 16, 2021
Read the reviews, measured my dog's paws, Order & delivery as easy as could be... 1st time in snow, they kept falling off, made them as tight as possible, didn't see the 1st one missing until the 2nd one came off. Never did find the 1st one & now they want more than 50% of the cost for a set of 4 for a single replacement. The sizing should include a leg dimension for how tight the straps can be made.

Make a difference for your dog
By Dallie on Feb 18, 2021
Our senior dog was having difficulty with mobility. She could not hold herself to eat or get up from the floor or hold herself to go to the bathroom. These boots changed everything for her. She seems at least a year younger!! She is mobile again. Eating and getting up and down from the floor on her own. Miracle!!

Couldn't Walk
By Leah on Feb 23, 2021
I think these were the right fit; however, the double velcro clasps hit my 13 lb. teddy bear dog at the ankles and he simply couldn't walk. I think booties are just really hard to make work for small dog paws. Chewy.com provided it's normal EXCELLENT customer service though and refunded me fully with no hassle. I love Chewy.com!

pretty good for snow walks
By ryleeeann on Feb 16, 2021
bought these as this snowy winter is a lot colder than our normal winters. it takes them a while to learn how to walk with them but i think it keeps their feet warmer than not having them. i do wish they came up higher (like other reviews stated) so the show wouldn’t get in their boots as i’m sure it’s freezing for them but overall i’m happy with this product!
