Tastes horrible and didn't work

Given the great reviews this had, I was really hoping this would work, so I bought 2. The first one, I tried to hide in a churu that the cat loves, but he wouldn't eat it, so I ended up trying to syringe it and he foamed horribly. It didn't help, but I was hoping that it was just because he drooled too much of it out, so I gave him the second dose the next day in a 00 capsule, and it did absolutely nothing for his stool, it was still pudding-like. Expensive attempt to firm up his stools.

Great to have on hand

Nothing makes you feel worse than waking up and realizing your cat doesn't feel well and won't eat, but you have to go to work and can't get an appointment with your vet until the next day. I feel like a much better cat mom knowing that I can give them half of this syringe before I leave the house for work and then reassess when I get home or take a long lunch and see if I should give the rest of the tube. It seems to help, even if it's a placebo that eases my worry and makes me feel better than doing nothing, it's worth it to me. Your cat needs to be pretty cool with pilling to be able to put the tip of the blunt syringe in their mouth and squeeze. You can tell they don't like the taste, so giving them the second half if you split it up can be difficult, since they know they'll don't like the flavor from round one.

First dose did the trick

I got a very sick cat off the street weeks ago, and once I finally got her eating she had the worst diarrhea! Her stomach looked bloated and she was passing noxious fumes to the point I had to keep opening a window and turning on the fan to keep my eyebrows from burning off. I gave her one dose of this, and next morning, BAM! Solid poop! We went through about 20 mL of propectalin from the vet with no results, and this worked on the first try. She's no longer bloated, not nearly as smelly, and she's back to scarfing down the food she needs to gain weight. I got 6 doses, so I may share this with my vet.

Great for upset stomachs

My cat gets stressed when we travel, and that often results in diarrhea when we get back. Rather than stress her again by bringing her to the vet, I can give a dose of diagel and the problem is resolved within a day.

Life Saver for Cats With Chronic Diarrhea

I have a cat who gets chronic diarrhea if he gets one too many treats, or anything other than Rx food. Another who gets nervous diarrhea if she is locked in a room. This is expensive but well worth it and amazing. Knocks it right out and gets their "poops" firm and normal. Acts very quickly, and I love how easy it is to administer -- all prepared and ready to give to my fur children.

Good for stomach issues

My vet recommended this for my foster cat who had really bad, uncontrollable diarrhea. Within 24 hours, he wasn’t pooping all over the place. Ordered another for one of my cats who was having stomach issues and throwing up for no real reason. So far, it has helped her as well.

Try this on diarrhea

I have a hopeless old cat but he's not ready to go. Bad stinky diarrhea every day. We have used most remedies available without results, but this one I'd recommend as worth a try. We actually got positive results. He's had three doses in the last 10 days and it mostly cleared the problem. It's easy to give, and certainly worth the money. I still also recommend taking a cat to the vet for this kind of problem, but whatever this stuff is, it worked for us.

Excellent product recommended by my vet to have on hand for diarrhea!

Love this product! It was recommended to me by my vet. It is made of natural ingredients, smells amazing and works a charm to stop acute/chronic diarrhea in less than 24 hrs. I have used it on both my cat and dog and now will forever keep it in their medicine cabinet for emergencies!
