Van Ness Drawstring Cat Pan Liners

I bought these for use in a Catit jumbo litterbox, and while they technically fit with a stretch, my cat easily clawed through them. Cleaning the box is now a nightmare as I have to maneuver the torn liner into a doubled up paper bag, and then clean the litter that has spilled out into the pan. Not exactly easy breezy. Maybe they'd be better with a smaller box, but I'm not confident. Might honestly just switch to regular heavy duty trash bags instead and see how that works.

These liners are too thin. They are easily ripped by my cats claws and litter fell through the liners (defeat the purpose). Even worse, the liner cannot cling to the litter box wall because it gets caught on cats' claws while cats try to bury their pee/poo. It leads to a mess in the box - litter get under the liner or into the folds of the liner... I finally stop using it anymore. It is useless.

Although the measurements stated online were correct for the size of my cat pan it didn't fit securely in some areas and for some reason my cat has an odd obsession for eating plastic; also when covering she pulls down from the top of the pan thus she was pulling the plastic into the litter. She hated this insert so much that she only went once a day or even skipped days-I tried it for two weeks hoping that she would adapt to it but she did not and it wasn't healthy for her not to use the pan daily either so I took it out. These are way too thin. I doubled them up and still the cats quickly ripped them. Also though they are fitted the cats still manage to pull the liner off the sides and end of the litter boxes. I'm going back to my old liner brand.

These bags are too thin. Defeats the whole purpose of using bags. My cat was able to claw holes in them and left holes, so when you pulled the bag out, the litter trailed all the way to the trash can. I will not order again. I have never had this problem with the other brand I have used before. Accidentally ordered these wrong ones. Will order only Cat's Pride from now on.

I like Johny Cat heavy duty liners for my cats' litter boxes, but yet to find Large, and Jumbo size is too big, so I tried the Van Ness ones. Size is much better, but 3 bags I used so far -- every time the liners got punctured somehow and the litter boxes end up wet, so I had to clean the boxes instead of just changing liners. Not getting this again, and don't recommend to anybody.

I really wanted to like these bags because of all of the liner bags are usually too big for my cat's litter box. But, these bags are pretty thin and I started finding little plastic shards of plastic in my cat's litter. I will finish off the box, but will not be reordering these.

I found these to be larger than described. Fit too loosely in my extra large cat litter boxes. Tear easily. The draw string is only good for lifting out of the cat litter box not for fitting. Can't wait to use up the entire box and then try a different cat pan liner. Complete waste of my money for the cat litter boxes I have.

The size of these liners is perfect for large litter boxes. The plastic is really thin though so when my cat "covers" her nails poke holes in the liner

I bought these years ago and then couldn't find them for a while so moved to other brands, but still not completely satisfied - they are either too thin, or too big. then I was browsing Chewy.com and saw them - the name looked familiar and I remembered they were the ones I used years ago. I bought them again and they are still the same excellent quality. they fit my litterbox without being huge and are pretty thick. the elastic band makes everything easier. I will stock-up before they disappear again!
