This one is really bad. Flavors sound good at first but smell and taste is bad. My cats eat only if it smells good, if it doesn’t they try to bury it! These are solid goo and stick!
The maple hickory bones by Venison Joe’s are great!! My dog loves them, and chews and chews on them!! :D
My dog loves these, but they splinter quickly. I was hoping she would eat all the good stuff on the outside before she started cracking into it, but unfortunately no. She just started crunching away at the whole bone and it cracks. Probably good for a light chewer, which she is not.
My dog loves to chew - he's a 45lb goldendoodle so I'm not claiming he's the hardest chewing breed - that had this splintering (2-3inches) within 5 minutes in the yard --> every dog owner's nightmare. Thankfully I got it away from him and threw the entire package in the trash. These chews are a multi-thousand vet bill waiting to happen...
I have two Australian Cattle dogs and they LOVES these bones! I see other reviews complaining that they "are just bone with no meat" or "they're not even a toy". YES, they are bone, NO they are a toy. Bones with "no meat" are much healthier for your dogs and I really l like the ribs, especially, because of that! There is also less marrow which is extremely rich and can upset dogs stomachs and make them gasy. Mine chew them right down to about an inch before I through them away. LOVE THIS PRODUCT!
My #55 pittie ate this bone like it was a cracker. Less than 5 mins it was gone. For that reason not sure I'd buy these again. Was hoping they'd last longer. My yorkie likes them, but he doesn't have the jaw strength of a pit so we get more chew time with him.
My dog loves them, but they start splintering within 10 minutes
When I opened the box, the smell from these bones made me sick, like the fat on them had gone rancid. Even my dog won’t touch them. Yuck!
They splintered right away. I have a little corgi so not like he chomped super hard on them.
My dog will chew/lick the coating off and then get bored and leave naked bones around the house.
