How does this bag vent

This tote measures 21 inches wide, 12 inches high, and 8 inches in depth. It has a 13 inch strap drop.
Is it airline approved? Does it have any pockets on it?

Shapeless & Unusable

Vera Bradley is usually known for quality products. This Tote however is awful! IT has No Structure and therefore has no shape. The tote completely collapses on my puppy. Because it has no structure, the fleece covered cushion does not stay in place on the bottom of the Tote Bag. It is basically unusable!
