Your Shipping
I am pleased with your product, but I think you need to talk to your shippers. I think rather than using hand trucks they are just throwing the 50 lb. boxes around. I haven't lost that much feed so far, but every bag inside the Chewy boxes has been busted. On one order Chewy told me not to pay for it, but I didn't loose much feed and insisted on paying for it. Its just the inconvenience of having to recover the loose feed from inside the box. My main concern is if you are having to make up orders, you are loosing money and they makes my cost go up. You might try a different type of bag, I have bought feed that comes in a plastic bag (probably some other material) that is almost indestructible. Unexpected
The Box was open when it's delivered food are out from bag and dropped out side. It was 50lb bag but I don't think it is because it's dropped won the way deliver
ALL BRANDS
The problem is that V.L. doesn't get info from pigeon flyers regarding what pigeons actually eat. Large corn and green peas are no good and not eaten Their Champion IC was good except for green peas
RACING PIGEON FEED
My racing pigeons does not eat most of the grains contained in the mix. The product I received was a little bit moist and too many big corns that my pigeons leave behind. The bad was ripped open and spilled over inside the box. Bad product.
Good packaging
The bag of food was put in the correct sized box. The bag didn't slide around during shipment and the bag did not break open. That's good.
What happened to 2 to 3 day shipping
What happened to chewys 2 to 3 day shipping. We started buying from Chewy because it used to be 2 to 3 day on shipping, Now it's a better part of a week to get anything. Very Disappointing.
Clean feed
The pigeon feed your company provides is a high quality dust free and a great blend . With inflation now the price is expected.
too expensive
This food quality is very good, all my birds love it and has an awesome variety of seeds, the only problem is that it is too expensive, i used to buy this for $24 but now it is $41 with auto ship. I have taken off the auto ship and I am never buying this product again until the product price is lower. This goes for all the versele laga food bags. I recommend don robert food brand, it’s a little cheaper, but it’s Also good.

Feed arrived as expected. Well packaged. Shipping took a bit longer than expected. A little surprised it needed to come from Arizona to New Jersey. Can’t believe there weren’t 2 bags of feed on the East Coast.
