Versele-Laga Classic Pigeon Food Blends 15% No Corn Pigeon Food, 50-lb bag

It went from $25 to $30 with in a few months my local store has a better feed that's much cheaper than that I used to pickup 400 pound's but not worth it anymore

Having now used this feed for 8+ months I can confidently say the birds are fans. They do eat the peas last, but they clean everything up. The outside birds also eat LOVE this mix, and the grains are so fresh I even have a few sprouts in the backyard from the leftovers. It is such a relief to have a high quality option available.

There’s a difference between a feral and domesticated pet pigeon. This feed is not ideal for feeding feral pigeons as they cannot make out the difference between lentils and pebble stones—causing them to avoid eating this feed at all. The pigeons I feed did just that, and even if some of them DID eat, they only ate a few pieces because they rolled out of the ledge I had put the feeds on and this causes lots of trouble (because I live in a state where it’s prohibited to feed pigeons). For goodness sake, please make ‘feral friendly’ products, by simply cracking whole legumes so they lay smoothly and look edible to these feral animals. I gave this a try because I use Versele-Laga Complete and Nature for my rabbits and Guinea pigs. They love both and it seems to be very good quality. That said, this blend contains too much pea and other large stuff that my doves will not/can not eat. Maybe pigeons can but not doves. They seem to be different eaters. I’m still searching for the right blend. This Versele-Laga pigeon blend will be feeding the wildlife.

I ordered two bags and received them in good conditions in two days apart. The birds seems to like this mixture and I would recommend it. Please lower the price so it can be more affordable Thanks

it has approximately 50% of Pigeon pea but actually pigeons refuse to eat it. It looks like the food I bought is waist of money. They must inform what us the ingredients is included in the food.

I put this out for my pigeon and I watched her filling her little face as fast as I have ever seen her... This is really good food! She eats all of it and some of it she picks around and then goes back and eats later.

excellent product, grains are clean and the blend is excellent. My birds eat it readily no waste.
