My boxer had a weird looking scab on his behind. It bled often and he wouldn’t stop messing with it. I did some research and learned that boxers are prone to folliculitis, so I decided to try to find an anti-microbial and antifungal topical treatment for my dog. We have been using this stuff for about 4 days and the bump is almost gone! It worked so quickly. The only thing i will say is the spray is really powerful and scared the heck out of my dog, so instead I soaked a cotton ball with the spray and dabbed at his scab. I can tell he feels so much better. This was so much easier and cheaper than a vet visit! Definitely worth it
I have been using this for a few months now and it is the best hotspot an itch relief medicated spray you will ever find! On my for a child, it worked immediately!
My 17 year old Lhasa Apso has had serious yeast issues her whole life, and they seem to be getting worse and worse as she is getting older. She is on a prescription anti-fungal, and I’ve been washing her with special shampoos to help mitigate her itchy skin issues. I ordered this spray almost 2 years ago and forgot about it. She had a recent flareup of yeasty skin and I figured I’d give this a try. Luckily it still hadn’t expired yet. I sprayed it onto her problem areas, and the yeast areas started healing within 24 hours. I use it twice daily as directed. I even use it on her face, by spraying it into my palm and applying it with my fingers. Definitely worth trying if you have a dog with constant yeast issues.
My cats had developed some spotting near the ears so I wanted to try this out and it was a bit of a disaster because cats, obviously, dislike being sprayed. What I did instead was squirt the product into my palm then apply it to the affected areas. The cats did not care for it and attempted to make faces as they tried to clean themselves off, and unfortuantely I saw no improvement near the temples reaching to the ears. On the plus side, I really enjoyed the smell. Might work better for dogs.
you wont be disappointed. i bought several different creams for maxx. he got a rash in crease of his boys, he kept licking and licking there. i guess it was itchy. well he made it worse n worse. it started to get swollen. i found this spray and bought a cone. 3dys in and i cant believe the difference already. he still tries once in a while to lick but when i say stop he does. didnt like the cone so i didnt make him wear it. as i said earlier didnt really try to lick so wasnt a need. i will always keep a bottle of this around.
My long haired chihuahua has had awful itching paws all summer. The vet gave her apoquel for 2 weeks and finished bottle but you can't stay on it forever..now vet wants to do lab tests on her paws . So I got this and filled up bathtub with warn water about and inch or two and poured almost half the bottle in the tub for her to soak her feet for 5 minutes. It worked!! No biting or anything since then and that was last night. Her feet are not red anymore too. I will be buying more.
Really helped stop the tail stump itching from yeast issues our cocker spaniel typically gets after grooming, as moisture gets in the creases & crevices of this area.
My poor 140# Great Dane has been battling severe skin issues for at least eight EXPENSIVE months now. I've be trying everything under the sun, from homeopathic treatments to expensive vet protocols. I happened upon this product out of desperation. Within just a couple of days I started to notice a huge change in the spots on her skin. Because she has so much surface area being so big, it is also So. Much. Easier. to apply than a cream - and I couldn't begin to tell you how many tubes of creams I went through before finding this. Please note the spray nozzle, while effective, delivers a lot of medication at once so use less than you think you need when starting.
It is strong but it stung her open sores which is expected I guess
It worked! Our cat stopped scratching after one day, and her hair came back in 2 weeks.
