Dog kept scratching himself to the point of bleeding
Great shampoo! My dog had a very bad itching problem. He would scratch himself until his wounds would bleed. It looked like mange, so this shampoo relieved him! In two weeks, his skin improved and reduced scratching himself often!
Great medicated shampoo!
My cocker spaniel’s skin was dry, scaly, and flaky but not itchy and it was getting worse. I found this shampoo and was nervous to get it based on the reviews, but I am SO glad I did! The smell isn’t that bad at all and it worked so well even after just the first wash, I am so impressed. The smell didn’t linger that much either and his coat looks shiny and fluffy, so glad I got it!
Finally a product that works for servere skin issues in dogs.
This shampoo when used as directed is a miracle for my roommate's dog, humane society could help her feel better with another vet product.I started using this and it was apparent it works.
Products work great for my 2 fur babies wonderful smell and it last long would definitely recommend to a friend or family members
Soothing to his itchy, allergy skin. Chemo has definitely caused skin irritations and this offers comfort and healing and helps control the constant licking and biting.
GREAT SHAMPOO! DOES ITS JOB
I first tried this shampoo about 9 months ago for my Girl that was diagnosed with Cushings & hypothyroidism. Her hair was falling out and very scaly skin. Vet recommended several RX formulas that did okay but even after meds and all her numbers were good still had skin & hair problems. I started this , bathing every 5 days for 3 weeks and at the end of the 3 weeks she was 50% better with this than the RX ones. I still bath once every two weeks when she isn’t having a flare up or once a week with flare up. I always keep two bottles in the cabinet. Highly recommend.
Works well but smells funny
I use this for my dog with allergies/skin problems. It works well if you bathe them at least once per week, any longer than that the effects seem to wear off. Also, this has a very strong pine tar smell. I recommend using a conditioner that had a more pleasant scent when using this shampoo.
Worked very well.
I bought this because my dog kept itching. I knew he didn't have fleas. I noticed some redness on his skin. Washed him with this shampoo let it sit for 15 minutes. He hasn't been itching now for several days.
Shampoo for parasites
It has a smell for a few days not to bad it doesn’t work for parasites though
