  • Feline Eye Issues Resolved

    By on

One of our kittens had chronic pink eye with mucus and tearing of some sort. It would disappear for weeks then come back over and over. The vet guessed it might be related to feline herpes, but sent us to a specialist who had all sorts of expensive medications and treatments that we declined. We noticed the episodes seemed to be less severe and less frequent when we started Enisyl-F. We increased the dosage as per our vet and we haven't had an episode in over a year now. Maybe he outgrew it, but I believe the Enisyl helped. We've been buying it regularly for years with no issue until recently when a new bottle had a broken pump and would not dispense the product. • Awesome!!!

My cat Megan was adopted from a no kill shelter. She was 4 months old and very sick with the herpes virus to the point she almost died on us. The vet recommended lysine supplement to boost her immune system. Megan is now 5 years old and is gorgeous. Weighs 12 pounds. Healthy and still taking lysine twice a day. This stuff was a godsend.

  • Great results for sneeze attacks from Herpes virus.

    By on

Year old male cat had his first severe outbreak with the herpes virus. After seeing the vet and recieving anti-biotics from it leading to an upper resperitory infection, we also bought lysine to boost his immune system. Before this issue he would have sneeze attacks, and we thought nothing of it, he was playful and energetic. But now, after finishing the medicine, he has been on it for about a week. His sneeze attacks are nearly gone. He might a sneeze attack once every other day, as oppose to multiple times a day. Very happy. Fast shipping.

  • Works great!

I have been giving this to my cats for several years. At the first sign of a respiratory virus (usually rapid, repeated sneezing), I start giving this and within 36-48 hours, the symptoms stop. I keep giving it for about a week and they're good to go. I am certain that this helps, and it prevents the stress and expense of a visit to the vet.

  • Works great

I noticed improvements almost immediately in my cat's health. Now she takes this once a day, is on a special diet, and is doing well. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that she hates the flavor. I wouldn't be able to get her to take it at all, but I'm able to rub it on her paw. She can't stand not being perfectly groomed, so she cleans it off...but lets me know just how unhappy she is about it. At least now she'll have a longer time to be healthy and mad- because Chewy sells treats too!

  • Noses Turned up

Neither of my cats would go near this and they immediately turned their noses up. Unfortunately, I am unable to recommend.

  • worked for years but cat turns his nose up on the last bottle

    By on

I've been ordering this for years and it helped my cat. He stopped getting goopy eyes. Unfortunately when the newest bottle showed up, he licked it once and ran off. Chewy sent me another bottle and same thing happened. I don't know what changed in this paste but it's a big shame since it was working so well. He's a picky eater, doesn't eat treats or people food. I'll have to see if I can find another paste.

  • Works wonders!

This stuff is amazing. I adopted two 6 month old cats last week and they had instant conjunctivitis in their eyes. I took them to the vet and they recommended this. A little trick the vet told me to do if the cats won't just eat the paste in their food on off your finger is smear it on their cheeks or nose. Cats are very clean creatures so they instantly started rubbing it with their paw and licking it off. It worked perfectly and they ate/cleaned it all in about 5 minutes. I've also seen drastic improvements in their infections already. I will definitely repurchase!

  • Increase your cat's immune system

    By on

It has been found that lysine can increase a cat's immune system to help fight off FHV (Feline Herpes Virus). I have had 2 cats that contracted the virus and used this to keep them healthy. Neither one of them had any problems or other illnesses associated with carrying FHV while on this medicine. Both kitties loved coming to take it, learned the word "medicine" early on, and would come running to get it when I called. My current kitty attempted to climb up my leg when I couldn't get it open fast enough. Chewy's prices are out of this world and their customer service is, too! This costs half what my vet was going to charge me here on chewy.com.

  • Cat loves this stuff

    By on

I originally got this from the vet; I give this to my cat daily and there is a noticeable difference in his coat; his fur is softer and shinier and he loves the taste. I would definitely recommend this product and I got a better price from "chewy" than I found anywhere else!
